Design And Implementation Of Offline Education Management System For Small And Medium-sized Institutions Based On Web

With the rapid development of Internet technology,many large-scale education and training institutions have realized electronic information management,and are actively tring to work online and carry out online promotions.However,due to the high cost of developing an education management system by its own investment,there are still many small and medium-sized education and training institutions that operate in traditional manual way by recording teaching information in papers and distributing leaflets to enroll students.It is not only inefficient,but also not in line with the current trend of informatization.Therefore,small and medium-sized education and training institutions urgently need a software system that integrates institution management and platform propaganda to upgrade theire informatization level.In order to solve those problems of small and medium-sized educational institutions,we have designed and implemented an offline education management system for small and medium-sized institutions based on the actual situation.Small and medium-sized institutions can obtain online advertisement channels through the platform.The scattered teachers with teacher qualification certificates can join institutions through the system.Users can also freely choose We Chat or Alipay mini programs to access the system according to their personal preferences to realize online registration.The system is promosing to break down the barriers between students,teachers and education and training institutions,make teaching resources publicly available,and achieve a win-win situation for all parties.The content of this thesis is based on an actual enterprise project,and discussed on the basis of fully investigating industry conditions and consulting technical documents.The main practical work carried out follows: 1.In order to accurately describe the needs of students,teachers,institutions and system administrators,use case diagrams were used to model and analyze the functions of the system.Main functional modules include institution registration,teacher affiliation,course management,student registration,course sign in and advertising recommendation.2.According to the demand analysis,the system was developed with the front-end separation model.The back-end uses the Spring Boot framework to realize each functional module’s business logic.Mybatis framework accompanied with Base Mapper is used to implement the data persistence.A web explorer based management system and a mobile terminal applet for students and teachers were developed respectively with the Vue.js and uni-app frameworks in front-end of the system.The front-end system adoptes a componentized development idea,re-packages common components to improve the UI effect.To solve the problem of slow loading for the first screen,the front-end performance has been optimized.And the diff algorithm of Vue is also analyzed and improved.3.The testers simulate the real operating environment,design the test plan,use the black box test method to verify the function realization of the system,and then conduct a stress test on the performance of the system.After development and many tests,offline education management system has achieved the expected goals in terms of function and performance.It has provided services for small and medium-sized education and training institutions in a certain place.Next,with the goal of realizing the informatization of educational administration,we will continue to expand platform functions,improve system design,and provide better services for students,teachers and small and medium-sized educational institutions.
