| With the development of industrialization,the education and training industry has gradually become a new social concern.The adjustment of relevant national policies will accelerate the reshuffle of the industry and help the industry move forward toward standardization,process and standardization.As one of the earliest enterprises to enter the Internet education and training industry,company B has begun to take shape in the recent decade of development,with a certain degree of popularity and good reputation,and has accumulated a large number of customer resources.With the release of industry dividends,there will be more new entrants to participate in the competition,customer resources become an important wealth of enterprises.Through the analysis of company B,it is found that company B has a large number of customer resources,but the resource utilization rate is low and the sales growth driven by it is not obvious.Therefore,company B should make great efforts to explore the value of customer inventory,make full use of network marketing means,and improve customer classification management ability.This paper USES SWOT analysis method to analyse the B company’s strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,threats,summarized,taking advantage of the company B on the network marketing,change in the customer classification management weaknesses,make full use of customer classification management will provide more opportunities for enterprise development,can greatly eliminate enterprises faced the threat of the Internet era,promote enterprise long-term stable development.Therefore,in view of the research,found the customer classification mechanism does not reach the designated position caused by the high turnover rate,low conversion rate,as well as the network marketing fragmentation of customer classification is difficult problem,from the perspective of the customer classification management,combined with customer demand,product attributes match the situation,the students in grade and,by matching the corresponding data mining customer label,according to the combination of the label will eventually all customers are divided into three levels,a total of 17 segment,make different customer management and marketing plan.This paper discusses the theoretical basis,implementation steps and implementation plan of customer classification management,and provides a new idea of using customer classification management to guide the network marketing of education and training industry.Through the case study on the customer classification management of company B,the theories of differentiated marketing,consumer demand analysis and customer classification management are applied to solve the practical problems of the enterprise,so as to make the research results available.Network marketing under the background of customer classification management,through the value of gold mining enterprises attract and retain customers,build long-term stability,benefit sharing each other relations of cooperation,improve the efficiency of customer management,reduce marketing costs,maximize resource utilization,to promote the overall education training industry development. |
