In today’s social development,in the fierce competition,enterprises should be based on an invincible position and maintain a stable and long-term development momentum,which depends on high-quality human resources.China’s human resources service industry has spent 30 years from its rise to development.It is an industry with strong professional level,which provides reasonable and effective career development path planning and employment development platform for the majority of Chinese employees.In recent years,under the environment of universal education in universities and large-scale reduction in the number of employees in some industries,the number of unemployed in Tibet has increased on a large scale.Various human resources service enterprises in the region have done extensive employment training and practical training for this part of the unemployed,which has made a more in-depth application and development of the whole human resources in Tibet;At the same time,the emergence and growth of human resources service industry has changed the roughness of internal personnel management system in Chinese traditional industry.It has greatly improved the optimal allocation of human resources in various industries.In terms of daily recruitment,revision of enterprise system,training and learning of employees,combined with the relevant provisions of the national labor law,it has greatly improved the legality,compliance and rationality of personnel management,and not only realized the effective saving of enterprise costs such as material and financial resources and the effective allocation of talents,It has also improved the labor efficiency of various industries,built and upgraded the modern industrial system in Tibet,and has a far-reaching impact on the overall level of economic development in Tibet.Taking Tibet as the research object,this paper discusses the legal risk prevention and control of human resources service industry.The main content of this article is divided into five parts.The first part introduces the research background,research purpose and significance,research status at home and abroad,research content and methods.The second part explains the concept and types of human resources service industry;The third part analyzes the current situation of the development of human resources service industry in Tibet;The fourth part points out the common legal risks of human resources service industry in Tibet;The fifth part puts forward the Countermeasures of legal risks in the development of human resources service industry in Tibet;The sixth part summarizes the article and puts forward the prospect.
