| Equity incentive has become a new favorite for listed companies to implement employee incentive,but not all companies can achieve the expected incentive goals.How to reduce costs and improve efficiency has become a difficult problem for enterprises.Based on the theoretical basis and literature review,this paper uses the model prediction method,Delphi expert consultation method,literature search method and other means to analyze the implementation of equity incentive and the impact of human resources indicators of a company,and has achieved certain results.On the one hand,the relationship between equity incentive and human resource cost is clarified.On the other hand,the data analysis of A Company’s equity incentive plan and implementation effect is carried out,and the influence of equity incentive on human resource cost index is found.And finally it draws three conclusions.Firstly,there is a direct positive relationship between equity incentive and human resource cost;secondly,the implementation of equity incentive in company a reduces the level of human output and business efficiency,and improves the level of employee compensation and welfare;thirdly,based on the research of equity incentive scheme and human resource data in company a,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as narrowing the scope of incentive,trying a variety of incentive methods,and improving the quality of employees We should optimize the equity incentive scheme and improve the level of human resources. |
