Objectives:The purpose of this study is to study the relationship between heart rate and sports performance of male dragon boat athletes of Liaocheng University in quiet state.And the time it takes for the heart rate to return to rest after exercise and the relationship between performance.There is a variable relationship between the energy consumption of 100 meters,200 meters and 500 meters dragon boat dynamometer of male dragon boat athletes of Liaocheng University and the actual sports performance of male dragon boat athletes.The research on the variable relationship between the energy consumption per unit distance of the100 meter,200 meter and 500 meter dragon boat gyrometer of male dragon boat athletes of Liaocheng University and the actual movement provides some constructive suggestions and references for the tactical guidance of the dragon boat athletes of Liaocheng University and which special training should be strengthened for each athlete at different distances.In the course of dragon boat race,when the energy consumption is large,the deformation degree of standard movement skills will be tested to a certain extent.Through analyzing the image of male dragon boat athletes in Liaocheng University on the power meter to see whether there is a certain correlation between the degree of deformation of rowing technique and the performance of each athlete after the competition.Based on the analysis of energy consumption and technical movement characteristics of male dragon boat athletes in Liaocheng University on dynamometer,the correlation between energy consumption per unit time and unit distance and performance of each athlete was studied.According to the heart rate in the quiet state,the correlation between the physical fitness of each athlete was evaluated.According to the same environment state paddling technique deformation time and deformation degree and the actual sports performance of the correlative relationship.Methods:Nine male dragon boat athletes from Liaocheng University(male)were selected.The video images of male dragon boat athletes from Liaocheng University rowing and energy consumption during the whole process were collected synchronically by using cardiopulmonary function test instrument,heart rate band,gas mixing chamber,metronome and high-speed camera(200Hz).Use Simi Motion to match the head,shoulder,wrist and elbow of male dragon boat athletes of Liaocheng University.The kinematics of hip,hand and paddle were analyzed at 10 points.The data of energy consumption in the whole process,energy consumption in each stage,heart rate,correlative Angle and the degree of deformation of movement technique were obtained.At the same time according to the unit time unit distance energy consumption and the standard of technical movement and movement of the degree of deformation for sports performance is good or bad relative relations.Results:Liaocheng university nine dragon boat athletes performance ranking and 100 m,200 m,500 m distance to a quiet state after the strokes of the heart rate is related to the length of time,result the better players at the end of the same distance with heart rate back to the quiet heart rate under the shorter the time,prove that the participants’ athletic ability.The higher the ranking of sports performance,the lower the heart rate at rest.Athletes with better athletic performance consume more energy per unit time and less energy per unit distance and less time,indicating greater power and greater athletic ability.Through the experimental test,the better the performance of the dragon boat athletes,the greater the energy consumption per unit time,the smaller the energy consumption per unit distance.In the same distance competition,the athletes with good performance are more standard than the athletes with poor performance.The smaller the deformation degree of the technical movement,the later the intervention of the deformation time of the technical movement.100 meters 200 meters 500 meters distance dragon boat dynamometer is a combination of aerobic exercise and anaerobic exercise of high endurance sports items.It is particularly important to study the energy consumption of athletes per unit distance per unit time for the dragon boat athletes to have a certain high standard of output power and muscle for paddling technique and movement memory.By comparing the energy consumption per unit time and per unit distance of the dragon boat athletes of different distances,the corresponding chart is made(Figure 4-7 to Figure 4-16).The mean and standard deviation of energy consumption per unit distance and time of 9 dragon boat athletes at different distances are different to some extent.P values were all 0.000,and P values of the test indexes were all less than 0.01,indicating that the energy consumption of male dragon boat athletes in Liaocheng University at different distances per unit of time and distance had extremely significant differences.Conclusions:The higher the sports performance of male dragon boat athletes,the lower the heart rate in the quiet state,and the better the athletes,the shorter the time of the heart rate to return to the quiet state after the same distance.The better the athletes,the more energy they expend per unit of time and the less energy they expend per unit of distance and the shorter the time.In the same distance competition,the athletes with good performance are more standard than the athletes with poor performance in the whole rowing.The smaller the deformation degree of the technical movement,the later the intervention of the deformation time of the technical movement.Through relevant professional training for different dragon boat athletes,the basic heart rate can be reduced,the muscle memory of standard paddling movement can be formed,the energy output per unit time can be increased,the energy output per unit distance can be reduced,and the sports performance can be better and the injury can be reduced effectively.
