| With the national’s emphasis on kindergarten education,kindergarten teachers as a special group,have also come into the attention of researchers.As the core force of basic education,the professional development of kindergarten teachers not only affects the overall professional level of teachers,but also affects the development of children.However,according to the survey,work-family conflict has become an important factor affecting kindergarten teachers’ professional development and team stability.Therefore,it is imperative to study the work-family conflict of kindergarten teachers.Through narrative research,this paper presents and analyzes the work family conflict experiences of kindergarten teachers of different natures,and explores the significance behind the stories.Through interviews with kindergarten teachers,this paper presents the real story of kindergarten teachers’ work family conflict,which provides reference and basis for the future theoretical and practical research.This paper consists of five parts: problem posing,research design,the work family conflict of two kindergarten teachers,the interpretation of kindergarten teachers’ work family conflict,the influencing factors of kindergarten teachers’ work family conflict and the enlightenment part.From the unmarried period of conflict is not obvious,to the conflict during pregnancy,from the young disapproval to the middle age,with the increase of kindergarten teachers’ family role,the conflict between work and family is also revealed step by step.Based on the time axis,this paper presents the conflict experience of kindergarten teachers’ career.The paper summarizes the conflict events experienced by the two teachers from three dimensions of time,emotion and behavior,so as to reflect the characteristics of work family conflict of the whole kindergarten education group.In view of the work family conflict of preschool teachers,this paper makes an in-depth analysis from three aspects of society,kindergarten,family and individual teachers,analyzes its influencing factors and puts forward corresponding suggestions. |
