| Learning burnout often occurs when students are under great pressure.Generally,this pressure is often about their studies.Because of the pressure,students’ emotions are low,learning behavior is passive,and the basic state of cognitive failure will also appear.In this state,students are difficult to mention interest in learning,which will produce boredom.In the past,students’ learning results will also decline greatly.Therefore,students will lose confidence in learning,so they will enter a vicious circle.High school learning is very important for students.Most students need to enter their own universities through this stage of learning.If there is a problem of learning burnout at this time,it will have an irreversible impact on students’ achievement and even their future life.Therefore,the study of the problem of learning burnout faced by high school students can be focused on by very great practical significance.This requires the analysis of the causes of burnout information,targeted measures to prevent and improve,in order to help high school students to reduce psychological pressure,to face learning with a more positive attitude,to maintain the healthy development of the physical and mental health of high school students.In this paper,there are three main methods to study the burnout of high school students,the first is literature research,the second is interview,and the last is to use questionnaire to obtain relevant data.Scholars Wu Yan and Dai Xiaoyang have compiled the interview outline of teachers and the scale of adolescent learning burnout.Therefore,this paper mainly uses it as the basic method,through the research and study of relevant theories,and then carries on the actual investigation on the learning burnout,analyzes and summarizes the data and results of the investigation,and then studies the prevention methods according to these reasons.This paper mainly selects four students from different high schools as the basic research object.This paper discusses the gender,grade,area and school situation of these students,so as to understand the basic situation of high school students’ learning burnout.At the same time,it also analyzes and discusses some other external factors such as family factors,and summarizes the current high school students’ high school level The basic characteristics of the middle school students’ learning burnout.This paper uses the method of questionnaire,through the analysis of the relevant data and results,it is found that: first,the main reason for learning burnout is that students are difficult to produce a sense of achievement,secondly because of the physical and mental fatigue of students,and finally because of academic alienation.Secondly,gender factors have little influence on learning burnout.Third,the students in grade two of high school are prone to feel tired,while the students in senior three are most likely to develop learning burnout.Fourth,the regional factors have a great influence on the students’ psychological burnout.Fifth,the academic alienation has little influence on learning burnout.Sixth,the education level of parents will also have a great impact on students.Under the condition of lower education level of parents,students are more likely to develop learning burnout.This paper also takes some students as the direct research object,and conducts intervention tests on some influencing factors.Through the test results,the paper summarizes the influence of relevant factors on the student’ burnout information.According to the analysis results,the corresponding methods to improve and prevent the high school students’ burnout information are summarized.The effective implementation of these measures requires the cooperation of schools,teachers,families and students themselves.Through this study,it is hoped that the current situation of high school students’ learning burnout can be improved and some feasible suggestions are provided for the relevant areas. |
