In the era of "Internet +","micro-course" has gradually entered our life and study.In theory,there are few theoretical researches on the combination of micro-course and core literacy.In practice,teachers have long been troubled by the design and development of the emerging micro-course,which lacks a systematic process and has little teaching effect.Therefore,the research of high school chemistry micro course based on core literacy in this paper not only enriches the theory of micro course research,but also helps high school chemistry teachers to solve problems in teaching by using numerous network resources,master knowledge and improve their ability and literacy level by following the scientific and systematic micro course.Paper tightly around the "core literacy" and "course",in the theory part,through the literature research and case analysis course,the relevant literature on the development of chemical curriculum at home and abroad were reviewed and analyzed,identified based on the core literacy course design of frame structure,discusses the types of micro chemistry course system,design principle,design process and the main characteristics,Determine the learning task as the guide,the core quality improvement as the main line of design ideas.By referring to "ADDIE mode",the teaching design process and teaching script template of micro-course chemistry were redesigned and constructed,and the teaching link of micro-course was analyzed based on the improvement of core literacy.In the part of practical exploration,three detailed and complete micro-courses of "Substance and Its Changes" and "Organic Compounds" are designed based on the three typical case studies selected,which are described in detail from the aspects of course type,preliminary analysis,script design and literacy development,so as to improve students’ core literacy.According to the practice school teacher interview survey,students micro course of investigation,interviews and questionnaire survey found after class,the core quality and high school chemistry curriculum integration teaching,is not only beneficial to improve students’ literacy for core,and to help students develop academic thinking,is advantageous to the high school chemistry learning.Finally,the designed micro-course process is summarized and reflected.To a certain extent,the research results of this paper can enrich the theoretical system of micro-course and core literacy development,provide reference for the future development of micro-course integrating the core literacy of chemistry discipline,and lead a new trend for the development of chemistry micro-course for front-line teachers.
