Research On The Development Status And Countermeasures Of Taekwondo Clubs In Shandong Province From The Perspective Of Standardization

As one of the formal events of modern Olympic Games,taekwondo industry will get better policy support and development opportunities with the proposal of the national strategy of "sports power".The market scale of Taekwondo industry is predicted to reach 146 billion yuan in2020.After the introduction of the marketing concept of sports industry into the mass Taekwondo,some problems have been gradually exposed.Through the comprehensive,systematic and in-depth investigation and analysis of the service operation of Shandong Taekwondo Club,this paper comprehensively understands the problems existing in the service operation process of Shandong Taekwondo Club,so as to put forward relevant countermeasures and development paths,so as to better provide reference and guidance for the development of other Taekwondo clubs.This study follows the thinking of analyzing the current situation-finding problems-solving problems,uses the research methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,selects 18 Taekwondo clubs in Shandong Province to analyze the current situation of service and operation,explores the main problems existing in the operation and development of Taekwondo clubs in Shandong Province,and puts forward the corresponding problems based on the existing problems Effective improvement measures and development path,further promote the healthy development of Taekwondo Club,and then to promote the development of physical education.Based on the analysis,the following results are obtained:(1)The implementation of the training area standard is better in Shandong Taekwondo Club;the implementation of club facilities and equipment configuration and public signs is poor;some equipment is old and the quality of protective equipment is seriously affected.Parents’ satisfaction with club venues is generally low,and the satisfaction with training equipment of the Taoist school is generally low.(2)As for the coaches of Shandong Taekwondo Club,they are retired from the elite athletes as a whole.They have rich practical experience and can also show echelon distribution in terms of age structure and teaching years.However,coaches’ sports experience leads to the low level of education and the lack of enthusiasm for re education and retraining,which leads to the relatively insufficient renewal of the overall theoretical level and teaching concept,and the lack of attention to the systematic and long-term protection of Taekwondo technical training.(3)In terms of teaching content and promotion,Shandong Taekwondo Club has better training for students in terms of competition,appearance and etiquette;few professors of Taekwondo Dance and special skills;poor implementation of long-term planning of training courses and arrangement according to teachers and teaching plans;and poor implementation of standardized examination points for promotion examination.(4)In terms of the operation and management level of Taekwondo Club in Shandong Province,the standardized construction of club service is lagging behind.In charge standard,teaching standard,resource allocation standard,coach internal training standard,coaches evaluation standard,reward and punishment standard,the operation management system and physical management of the club are relatively lack of standardization,and a scientific standardized operation management system has not been formed.
