| In 2017,the General Administration of Sport,the Ministry of Education,the Central Civilization Office,the Development and Reform Commission and other seven departments jointly issued the "Youth Physical Activity Promotion Plan" and in 2020,the General Office of the State Council issued the "Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Physical Education in the New Era" further explicitly stressed that:To enhance students’ awareness of participating in sports,improve their physical health,and develop the habit of lifelong physical exercise.Physical exercise is an important link for students to build a strong body.It not only exercises students’ physical quality,but also exercises students’ spiritual quality,and is more conducive to the rapid progress of the society."To have a strong national road,we must first have a strong personality,a strong body." Primary school students,as the beginning of their career,are in the primary stage of intelligence,psychology and physical development,and have strong plasticity in physical exercise cognition and behavior.Scientific and effective physical exercise and continuously enhance the linkage effect of family,school and community can stimulate their interest in participating in physical exercise and achieve physical and mental health,and lay a good foundation for the development of lifelong physical exercise.Based on the rebuilt on primary school students physical exercise restrictive factors and countermeasures for research object,using the literature material law,questionnaire investigation,interview method,mathematical statistics,the selection of boshan area 18 6elementary school physical education teachers and random 3-5 grade 360 students as investigation object,the rebuilt on pupils made an analysis on the current situation of physical exercise,On this basis,it is found that the restraining factors mainly exist in four aspects: individual,family,school and society.Combined with the actual situation of Boshan District’s primary schools,it puts forward the strategy of promoting Boshan District’s primary school physical exercise.The study reached the following conclusions:Primary school students in Boshan District have a high degree of understanding and liking of physical exercise,and their learning methods and forms are relatively simple.The exercise content is rich and frequency is more,but the time and intensity are too poor to achieve the purpose of physical exercise,especially in rural primary schools.The sports venues for primary school students in Boshan District are mostly school stadiums,parks and squares,communities,mountains and forests,etc.,mainly free public sports venues.School space is seriously inadequate,and most of the space and equipment are not safe enough to meet the needs of students for exercise.The primary factors affecting the quality of PE teaching and the physical exercise of primary school students in Boshan District are moderate age of PE teachers,obvious phenomenon of non-PE teachers taking classes,insufficient professional skills and knowledge reserve.In Boshan District,the physical exercise of primary school students is better for boys than girl,the support degree of urban parents is obviously higher than that of rural parents,the school sports equipment is obviously insufficient,and the social theme orientation seriously restricts the physical exercise of primary school students.In full consideration of the Boshan District primary school physical exercise status quo,combined with the current main problems,this paper puts forward the following development strategies: to build a family and school community support system;Create a family physical exercise atmosphere;Strengthen the construction of PE teachers;Innovative development of extracurricular activities;Develop characteristic school-based physical education curriculum... |
