| Through "decomposition of auxiliary teaching method" and "decomposition of the traditional teaching method" comparative experiments, discussed based on the decomposition method and the tae kwon do after the technical characteristics of the optimized technology of "decomposition of auxiliary teaching method",movement speed, power, increase the teaching effect is better than the "traditional decomposition approach",provide a reference for teenagers tae kwon do teaching and training.Through the literature material method for the related concept of taekwondo teaching system integration, according to the characteristics of taekwondo techniques combining with work experience, the author engaged in taekwondo teaching reference of professional training institutions and experts to choose appropriate teaching content and method, respectively designed "decomposition of auxiliary teaching method" and "decomposition of the traditional teaching method";By experimental intervention method,60 yellow-belt students from a Taekwondo club in Weifang City were selected as experimental subjects, divided into experimental group and control group, respectively, using "assisted decomposition teaching method" and "traditional decomposition teaching method" for a period of seven months of comparative test.Tracker motion analysis system was used to analyze the movement skills of the students in the experimental group and the control group, and parameters such as the starting stage, kicking stage, landing stage, total time and speed of the students’ lateral kick and front kick technical movements were obtained. The measured experimental data were analyzed by mathematical statistics. The experimental results were as follows:(1)after 3 months of front kicking method teaching, the total time spent in front kicking, the experimental group(female students: 0.931±0.029s;Male students:0.925±0.055s)and control group(female students: 1.079±0.031s;Male students: 1.170±0.092s)were significantly different(P < 0.05);Compared with the time of starting, hitting and landing, the experimental group was also significantly shorter than the control group(P <0.05).From the former kicking maximum speed, the experimental group(female students:10.17±1.03m/s;Male students: 11.53±1.08m/s)and control group(female students: 8.54±0.79m/s;Male students: 8.32±0.62m/s)were significantly different(P < 0.05);(2)After 4months of transverse kicking method teaching, from the total time consumption of transverse kicking: experimental group(female students: 1.055±0.031s;Male students: 1.025±0.041s)and control group(female students: 1.284 ± 0.038s;Male students: 1.269 ± 0.036s)were significantly different(P < 0.05);Compared with the control group, the experimental group was also significantly shorter than the control group(P < 0.05)in the three stages of starting, hitting and landing of the transverse kick. From the maximum velocity of the lateral kick;Experimental group(female students: 11.02±1.12m/s;Male students: 12.43±1.52m/s)and control group(female students: 8.67 ± 1.13m/s;Male students: 9.38 ± 1.56m/s,)were significantly different(P < 0.05);(3)From the movement track, after hitting the foot target, students in the experimental group slightly retracted their legs and then landed actively. There were only two speed peaks, namely accelerated kick and accelerated fall.In contrast, students in the control group, after hitting the target, greatly retracted their legs and then landed, which led to acceleration kicking, acceleration retracted their legs and acceleration landing, and there would be three speed changes. The conclusions are as follows :(1)From the perspective of the time characteristics of movement techniques, the students in the experimental group who adopted the "assisted decomposition teaching method" could reduce the time to do the forward kick and the lateral kick,so that the students could have a faster start speed, hitting speed and landing speed, and thus increase the fluency of movement. The results show that the "assisted decomposition method" in Tae-do can make students spend less time in the front kick and cross kick, and the teaching effect is better than the traditional decomposition method.(2)From the analysis of the characteristics of maximum speed of action, the adoption of "assisted decomposition teaching method" can enable students to achieve a faster maximum speed, which can make the leg method more aggressive in the attack, can have a good striking effect. It shows that the "assisted decomposition method" is better than the traditional decomposition method in improving the speed of the forward kick and the cross kick.(3)From the movement track, the students in the control group spent a lot of time to completely fold their legs after hitting, while the students in the experimental group actively landed with their legs slightly retracted after hitting, and gained time for continuous attack or defensive counterattack. In view of this,"assisted decomposition teaching method" is better than the traditional decomposition teaching method in the leg learning of taekwondo, and the skill level of students can be improved through "assisted decomposition teaching method" in the future leg teaching of taekwondo. |
