Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Socialized Service Of University Stadiums And Gymnasiums In Wuhan

The serious lack of social sports facilities has caused many people who want to participate in the national fitness campaign to step back from sports.The opening of university sports stadiums to the society is an important supplement to the serious shortage of social sports facilities and an inevitable requirement for sports social services.At present,the socialized service of college gymnasiums in China is still in the primary stage.The present situation of socialized service of university stadiums in Wuhan was studied in this paper,which analyses the influencing factors and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.It is of great significance to the development of socialized service provided by university gymnasiums in China.This paper studies the present situation of the socialized service provided by 21universities’ gymnasiums in Wuhan.This article uses literature method,questionnaire method,expert interview method,etc to analyze the hardware facilities construction,the provision of social services,and the provision of social services in Wuhan colleges and universities.A detailed investigation,analysis and research on the status of the operation and management of the socialized service and the participation of the exercising crowd in the socialized service of college sports venues has been carried out.The results show that:(1)Wuhan’s university sports venues resources are mostly small and medium-sized venues,and there is still a problem of insufficient facilities in some sports venues.The utilization rate of Wuhan’s university sports venues is relatively high during teaching hours and extracurricular activities,but it still exists.The problem of relatively high idle rate during holidays.(2)Sports facilities and facilities in universities in Wuhan can meet the needs of daily sports activities in schools,and the utilization rate of college sports venues in free time still needs to be improved.(3)The operation and management methods of college stadiums and gymnasiums in Wuhan are single,the level of stadium management varies,there is a lack of sports instructors,the provision of social services is single,and the management rules and regulations for opening to the outside world are not perfect.(4)The public’s satisfaction with participating in sports activities in colleges and universities shows the shortcomings of the current socialized services provided by college sports venues.From the perspective of customer value,colleges and universities need to actively respond to exercise the crowd’s sports awareness and consumption.The sports consciousness and sports consumption consciousness of the exercise crowd are not very high.(5)The main factors that affect the opening of Wuhan universities gymnasiums are:safety issues,the contradiction between the needs of college activities and opening up,the attitude of university leaders,and the social service project is single.In order to promote the development of the socialized service of university gymnasiums in Wuhan,this paper puts forward the following suggestions in view of the problems existing in the process of providing socialized service of university gymnasiums in Wuhan :(1)Increase the investment in college sports venues,improve the facilities of the stadiums,broaden the financing channels of college sports venues,the government gives stadium subsidies,and promote the socialized services of college sports venues.(2)According to the conditions of colleges and universities,develop their own operation and management mode to serve the society to the greatest extent with the university as the foundation.(3)Improve the professional management level of colleges and universities,formulate socialized service rules and regulations suitable for the sports venues of the university,and improve the utilization rate of the sports venues.(4)Use flexible pricing strategy,take advantage of sports talents,improve services,and promote the development of national fitness campaign.(5)Enhance safety consciousness,improve the system of laws and regulations,to buy the relevant insurance to protect the safety of the school and social groups,sporting venues,reasonable planning problem of university leadership attitude to improve the utilization of sports venues,solve the leadership of the sports venues open to the public hold wait-and-see attitude unfavorable factors to change the attitude of the related leadership,college gymnasiums should enrich socialized service items.
