Prosocial behavior is a kind of behavior that is in line with the well-being of others,groups or society,and ultimately conducive to the promotion of individual development and overall social harmony.The cultivation of College Students’ prosocial behavior is in line with the new requirements of the country for the powerful generation,and meets the high standards of the society for the new generation.It is an important condition to effectively promote the growth and development of college students.This study takes college students as the research object,based on the theory of individual self attrition,takes prosocial behavior as the outcome variable and responsibility as the antecedent variable.Based on the empathy altruism model,empathy is selected as the mediating variable,and interpersonal trust is selected as the moderating variable according to the moderating effect model of interpersonal trust.This study systematically examines the concepts,dimensions and related research of prosocial behavior,responsibility,empathy and interpersonal trust,and then puts forward research hypotheses and models,and collects relevant data of 899 college students from many places through online and offline questionnaires.In this study,spss25.0 is used to make correlation analysis and regression analysis on the data;in addition,process program test is used to test the hypothesis model,to explore the direct and indirect effects of responsibility on prosocial behavior,and on this basis,the countermeasures to promote college students’ prosocial behavior are put forward.The main results are as follows:(1)The quality of responsibility scale,prosocial behavior scale,empathy scale and interpersonal trust scale met the measurement requirements.(2)The score of College Students’ responsibility,empathy and prosocial behavior is good,and the level of interpersonal trust is low.(3)There are significant differences in grade in college students’ responsibility;significant differences in gender and grade in college students’ prosocial behavior;significant differences in gender and family location in empathy;significant differences in grade and gender in interpersonal trust.(4)There is a significant correlation between College Students’ prosocial behavior,responsibility and its dimensions,empathy,and there is a significant correlation between responsibility,empathy,and interpersonal trust.(5)Taking charge had a positive predictive effect on college students’ prosocial behavior,and college students’ self-control had the greatest impact on prosocial behavior.(6)College Students’ empathy plays a part of mediating effect before taking responsibility and prosocial behavior.(7)College Students’ interpersonal trust moderates the first half path of the relationship between responsibility and prosocial behavior,and plays a moderating role in the path of responsibility and empathy.With the improvement of interpersonal trust,the positive predictive effect of taking on empathy is strengthened,and the indirect predictive effect of taking on prosocial behavior is strengthened.At last,six countermeasures are put forward from the direct and indirect influence of responsibility on prosocial behavior,so as to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for promoting college students’ prosocial behavior. |
