Evaluation System Construction And Empirical Research On The Public Sports Service Quality Of HeBei Ski Resort

Mass skiing in my country has developed rapidly,but compared with mature skiing countries,there is room for improvement.This article takes the public sports service quality evaluation system of ski resorts in Hebei Province as the research object,and selects Zhangjiakou Wanlong Ski Resort,Shijiazhuang West Evergreen Ski Resort,and Qinhuangdao Ziyun Mountain ski resort as the subject of empirical investigation.Using literature,Delphi,questionnaire surveys,field surveys,mathematical statistics and other research methods,this paper constructs an index system and empirical research on the quality of public sports services in ski resorts in Hebei Province,aiming to provide reference for the quality of public sports services in ski resorts in Hebei Province.All in all,the research conclusions are as follows:(1)The evaluation index systems for the public sports service quality of Hebei ski resorts are composed of 3 first-class indexes,10second-class indexes and 38 third-class indexes.(2)The total score of Public Sports Service Quality of Hebei Ski Resort,Wanlong ski resort,Western Changqing ski resort and Ziyunshan ski resort in Qinhuangdao is 61.26,79.86,54.36,and 49.58,respectively.it can be seen that the geographical imbalance of service quality is a phenomenon.(3)The proportion of students participating in public sports service activities in ski resorts is the largest,and the frequency of participation is high,but the proportion of workers,farmers,and freelancers is the least,and the frequency of participation is low.(4)The obtaining channels of public sports services for ski resorts are mainly organized by units and schools.The proportion of publicity on the Internet and the ski resort marketing department needs to be strengthened.(5)From the comprehensive perspective of the service quality index dimensions of ski resorts in Hebei Province: Wanlong Ski Resort ranks No.1 from the first-level index dimensions,West Changqing Ski Resort ranks No.2 and Ziyun Mountain Ski Resort ranks No.3.(6)From the comparative analysis of the service quality index dimensions of ski resorts in Hebei Province: Wanlong Ski Resort has developed well on the whole,while the western Changqing and Ziyunshan ski resorts have invested a lot but need to strengthen their output.(7)From a macro perspective,the theory of sustainable development proposes to balance geographical development with a legal system,increase public participation,strengthen ski resort operations with a management system,standardize ski resort development,enhance the development of education,scientific and technological systems,and increase safety guarantees.From a micro perspective,the service quality model proposes to improve the tangible service quality,reliable service quality,responsive service quality,guaranteed service quality,and empathetic service quality to optimize the quality of public sports services for ski resorts in Hebei Province.
