Research On Mental Health Education Of Poor Students In Colleges And Universities

Poor university students as a special type of the the education group in colleges and universities,in recent years,the continuous attention especially in the comprehensive win the battle background out of poverty,for the welfare of the poor university students form a complete set of policies and measures have been perfect,this group of basic and academic problem solved,however,life with a relatively good condition,in recent years,because of the poor university students’ psychological problems caused by a series of crisis events Although college students’ mental health education is a common problem,but for the poor students this special group,their faces greater psychological stress and anxiety,and more prone to low self-esteem and interpersonal aspects of psychological problems and once this kind of students with psychological problems can’t finish on time,the family the plight of the gloom,therefore,certain targeted against this special group of mental health education is urgently needed.In this background,this study intends to,from the perspective of the poor university students mental health education problems,explore the countermeasures of perfecting the mental health education in colleges and universities specifically,first of all,through the analysis of the current documents,this article generalizes the college psychological health education literature,found that psychological health education in colleges and universities literature quantity is more,but the lack of pertinence,failed to cut from different student groups,corresponding countermeasures that superficial,it is difficult to carry out;Secondly,this study makes a statistical analysis of the psychological problems of poor students through questionnaire survey,and analyzes the defects of mental health education in colleges and universities at present.Thirdly,combined with the three main educational elements of the educated-subject education in the educational environment,this study summarizes the factors affecting the mental health education of poor students in colleges and universities.Finally,this study combines the foregoing it is concluded that the existence of the problems and influence factors about how to improve the poor university students’ psychological health education put forward the concrete strategies: one is the poor university students’ psychological health education work follow the principle of,2 it is to create a positive social environment and education atmosphere,3 it is to cultivate the individual personality of the poor students,four is to build the education of mental health service system in colleges and universities,five home school communication form strong education together,this study explores the poor university students’ psychological health education path of ascension,to help in raising the quality of college psychological health education to help solve social problems at the same time.
