| High-level basketball matches are the platform to show the training effect of the team’s skills and tactics.The key to improve the level and effect of basketball competition in China is to learn from the experience of the strong teams and timely check the omisses and fill the gaps.During the 5-year World Cup preparation cycle,the participating teams integrate advanced and effective fast attack tactics into the competition in order to achieve good results in the World Cup.Study of 12 games men’s basketball team’s World Cup finals in 2019 and China’s five games for the record of the whole process of analysis,combined with the theoretical basis of former research about fast break,using methods such as literature,video observation,mathematical statistics,the final rush time,area and complete way to analysis the characteristic,organizational form,etc,Summarize the general rules and innovative application development trend of fast break tactics in the final stage,in order to provide reference for the Chinese team to improve the effect of fast break tactics.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)The characteristics of the last eight fast breaks are that the average score and the success rate are higher than those of non-fast breaks.The number of fast breaks decreases with the number of sections as the main line.Fast break durations between 3.1 and 5.0 seconds are the most frequent,with relatively few being completed between 5.1 and 7.0 seconds,in pursuit of time reduction or a trend in the development of fast break tactics.(2)The starting area is usually the drop point of the ball at the moment when the offensive and defensive transition starts the fast break,and the backcourt baseline-the free throw line area is the main starting area of the fast break;When there is no direct advantage at the moment when the fast break starts,the fast break team changes the advancing route by dribbling and conducting the ball to create the advantage conditions of the fast break.The end zone of the fast break is mainly in the three-second zone,which is the area with the densest distribution of the offensive and defensive times of the fast break.(3)The fast attack is mainly to grab the rebound and steal the ball,and the fast attack reception is oriented to the position of the offensive and defensive players on the field.The frequency of the two reception modes is close to each other.Fast break to advance the combination of transport and pass,but also pay attention to individual ability led single line fast break.Fast break to the end of the two-point shot,but because of the defensive retreat within the three-point line in time,the defense of the three-point shot is relatively lax,fast break three-point shot has been used to a certain extent.(4)the number of people directly involved in fast break is less,but the number of people in coordinated fast break is more.When the number of people in the formation reaches or exceeds 3,it is not easy to form a number advantage,and the number of attacking and defending tends to be balanced.Guards play the most important role in the fast break and are the main executors of all phases of the fast break.Combined with the analysis of the characteristics of Chinese team’s fast attack tactics,the corresponding enlightenment is obtained: to strive for the offensive initiative with speed;To seize the dominant route and position;Added fast break technique options.Variation of tactical formations. |
