| As the highest training level of higher education,postgraduate education undertakes the heavy responsibility of training specialized senior talents for national development.Along with the economic and social development of graduate education quality requirements,the focus of postgraduate education in our country has changed from the intensive development mode which attaches importance to quantity growth and scale expansion to the connotative development mode which attaches importance to structure optimization and quality improvement,currently.And as the development of subject knowledge tends to cross and merge,the discipline vision,knowledge structure and guiding ability of a single tutor are gradually unable to adapt to the needs of current postgraduate education.Under this background,it is necessary to cultivate innovative and high-quality talents in line with the needs of social development and promote the quality improvement of postgraduate training by innovating the tutoring mode,optimizing the allocation of tutors’ resources,giving full play to the professional advantages of tutors,and implementing the compound tutorial system which combines the tutoring and group tutoring.However,there are still many shortcomings in the implementation of the compound tutorial system,so that it has limited effect on promoting the quality of graduate training.According to the theory of synergy,all open complex systems have certain forms of synergy phenomena and mechanisms.The compound tutorial system is a kind of collaborative training mode for graduate students.According to the investigation and analysis of the implementation effect of the current compound tutorial system in colleges and universities,it is found that the units of graduate student training in different categories of subjects to different degrees in the process of implementation of compound tutorial system existing the following problems,including target positioning is not clear so that the mentor team attaches more importance to research than guidance,the lack of clarity of responsibility and power in coaching leads to the conflict of responsibility and power in coaching,guidance procedure is not standard cause the team to guide the effect not beautiful,The inactive participation of teachers and students makes the compound tutorial system a mere formality,and so on.Based on the synergistic effect model of compound tutorial system,in-depth analysis found that the fundamental reasons influencing the implementation effect of the composite tutorial system are as follows.In the compound tutorial system,the main body,such as the responsible tutor,the mentor guiding team,the student and the college training unit,etc.,is difficult to show the dominant role of the motivation mechanism and guarantee mechanism in the system due to the poor coordination of the goal,the blocked coordination of the system and the failure of the coordination of the organization.As a result,the dominant role of dynamic mechanism and guarantee mechanism in the system is not easy to show,also won’t be able to form order parameter control the development direction of the whole compound tutorial system coordination system,ultimately affect the entire compound tutorial system function,which shows that the implementation effect of the compound tutorial system is not good.Based on this,in order to give full play to the advantages of the compound tutorial system and promote the quality improvement of postgraduate training,college training units should take multiple measures at the same time to effectively promote the coordination of the main objectives of students,tutors and college training units;Establish and improve the qualification review system for team tutors,as well as related incentives and constraints,assessment and evaluation system measures for team tutors evaluation,give play to the role of system guarantee and promote system coordination;To strengthen the awareness of tutors’ collaborative training,clarify the responsibilities and rights of tutors’ guidance,rationally evaluate and scientifically construct the composite tutoring system model in line with the characteristics of their own disciplines and majors,and promote organizational collaboration. |
