The communication between teachers and students is the main form of educational communication.In recent years,the frequent conflicts between teachers and students have exposed various problems existing in the current education field,which has brought challenges for us to construct a good communication between teachers and students.Therefore,it is urgent to discuss the communication between teachers and students from the perspective of academic principles.As a famous contemporary German philosopher,Hans-Georg Gadamer’s thought is highly respected by the academic world.Now more and more scholars have noticed that Gadamer’s philosophical hermeneutics theory also has profound significance to educational research,among which the theories of "understanding","dialogue" and "vision fusion" are the most prominent.According to philosophical hermeneutics,understanding is the basic way of human existence,understanding is to help people better understand the world with the help of text,understanding is a process of "vision fusion" based on "foresight",and dialogue is the basic way of understanding.In short,Gadamer’s philosophical hermeneutics holds that understanding is the basic way of human existence,and teacher-student interaction is rooted in human understanding.Therefore,it is reasonable to re-examine teacher-student interaction from the perspective of philosophical hermeneutics.From the perspective of philosophical hermeneutics,the communication between teachers and students means the active communication between teachers and students in the understanding of meaning,the interaction between teachers and students in the fusion of vision,the equal communication between dialogue and communication,and the creation communication of meaning generation.From the perspective of philosophical hermeneutics,the communication between teachers and students is characterized by the cultivation of human nature in communication purposes,the completeness of communication contents,the diversity of communication modes,the equality of communication subjects,and the openness of communication time and space.Although the communication between teachers and students develops towards equality,harmony and depth on the whole,it is still found that some teachers and students have the tendency of knowledge of communication purpose,narrowness of communication content,formalization of communication mode,one-sided communication subject and narrowness of communication space and time.Therefore,from the perspective of philosophical hermeneutics,the communication between teachers and students should change their thoughts and highlight the purpose of educational communication.Return to life,explore the whole communication content;Change the way of thinking and build a pluralistic communication mode;Cooperation with each other,highlighting the main status of teachers and students;Take the initiative to change and create a harmonious communication environment.
