| In 2001,the Ministry of Education issued the National Instructional Outline of Physical Education Curriculum in Colleges and Universities.The description of the teaching process is : " In the process of education,teachers need to actively interact and grow up with college students.Teachers should solve the relationship between knowledge transfer and capacity building,pay attention to cultivating the independence and autonomy of college students,and guide college students to ask questions and explore.In practice,college students should study actively and independently under the guidance of teachers." In the current college physical education teaching,in terms of teaching methods,the current physical education teaching methods in most colleges and universities are single,teaching means and methods are more conventional,in order to achieve the qualified rate of achievement in the teaching process,the results of college students pay more attention to the development of personality and learning ability of college students.Nowadays,basketball plays an extremely important role in public sports elective courses in colleges and universities.Based on the theory of "proximal development zone" and "constructivism ",this study used the methods of literature,expert consultation,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics to study the teaching effect of scaffolding teaching mode on basketball in situ single-handed shoulder shooting.Sixty second-year college students were selected as the subjects.Among them,30 subjects,10 boys and 20 girls in the experimental group,10 boys and 20 girls in the control group.The experimental group adopted the scaffold teaching mode and the control group adopted the routine teaching mode.The experiment lasted for 10 weeks,2 hours per week,a total of 20 hours.The pre-test evaluation and post-test evaluation are both in the form of quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation.The results are as follows:The bracket teaching mode has a better effect on improving the performance level of students’ one-handed over-shoulder shot.Among them,the control level of the body’s center of gravity moving speed is more stable,the flexion and extension of the knee joint of the lower limbs are more relaxed and smooth,the control level of the metacarpophalangeal joint to the ball is more freely,the leg pedal and extension are more smooth;The elbow and shoulder joints lift more smoothly and swing in and out more firmly;the supporting ball of the wrist joint can be improved,the degree and speed of pressing the wrist are faster,the ball is picked up more forcefully and the speed of delivery is faster;the follow-up of the upper limbs is more flexible,after flying in the air,the ball spins faster and the curve is more stable,which makes the comprehensive technical level of the single-handed over-the-shoulder shooting skill higher,except the movement of the metacarpophalangeal joint and elbow joint,the improvement range of the male students is larger than that of the female students,and the improvement range of the female students is larger than that of the male students,in contrast with male and female students,the improvement of the Field goal percentage rate of female students was greater than that of male students;Scaffolding instruction can arouse students’ interest and enthusiasm in learning,enhance their ability to explore problems independently,enhance their consciousness of cooperation and cooperation,and improve their autonomous learning ability and cooperation consciousness,compared with male students,female students’ autonomous learning ability and sense of cooperation improved more. |
