General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that we must adhere to the principle of public welfare in education,focus on building a high-quality and balanced basic public education service system,build a high-quality education system,and run education that satisfies the people.In recent years,Chengdu education has gradually changed from learning with good education to learning with excellent teaching and then excellent education in Chengdu.After 30 years of construction and development,Chenghua District was born out of an old industrial base,and has initially achieved historical changes such as upgrading to a modern urban area that is livable and suitable for business,industrial civilization to ecological civilization.Focusing on the strategic deployment of "Chenghua Excellence in Culture and Business",education is the top priority.Therefore,Chenghua is a typical representative of expanding the supply of quality education and the total amount of quality education in Chengdu.Especially basic education has a relatively good foundation for development in Chenghua,but there are still outstanding shortcomings.It is mainly manifested in the serious shortage of education supply,especially the supply of high-quality resources,which brings about the "hot school choice" and "large class size" and other problems,which are highly concerned by the people.This thesis studies the multiplication model of high-quality education in Chenghua District.It learns about "High-level equilibrium,comprehensive quality,whole area informatization,full internationalization,and modern governance" which is Chenghua characteristic high-quality education system case aims to.It is typical and representative in the case of high-quality education multiplying.Through literature research,access to information,and comparative analysis,etc,analyze with public management theory,demonstrating how the government takes function as the main body participates and promotes the multiplication of high-quality education in the region.It reflects the urgency and importance of deepening of the structural reform of education supply and the realization of a high-level balance and high-quality fairness in education.It explains the specific mode and the main results of the multiplication of high-quality education in Chenghua District.It also analyzes the role and coordination mechanism of key measures in the process of multiplying high-quality educational resources and the educational governance mechanism.The study found that Chenghua’s characteristic high-quality education system currently consists of three main models,including increment high-quality degrees and optimize the layout of educational resources,improve the quality of the team and optimize the structure of educational resources and cultivate characteristic projects and improve the level of public services.So as to further optimize the allocation of educational resources,expand the supply of high-quality education,improving the overall strength and quality of regional education comprehensively.To solve people’s greatest desire to go to a good school,taking the lead in achieving balanced education in the Midwest.The characteristic and innovation of the research lies in drawing on the high-quality education multiplication model of advanced regions and cities at home and abroad.Trying to explore the sustainable development of weak schools from "dependent on famous schools" to "independent creation".Hoping to provide reference for the development of quality education in other areas. |
