Research On The Present Situation And Reform Countermeasures Of Sasketball Course Teaching In Figher Vocational Colleges In Guangzhou

As an important part of the higher education system,the main task of higher vocational education is to train the front-line productive force for the country and the society.The level of physical quality of higher vocational students directly affects their contribution to the country and social construction in the future.The physical education courses in higher vocational colleges have laid a solid foundation for students’ good physical quality and health level.As a traditional sport,basketball is loved by most students.Promote the basketball teaching in higher vocational colleges,promote the school sports teaching reform in higher vocational colleges,this article take the reform of higher vocational college basketball course as the research object,USES the literature material law,questionnaire survey,expert interview method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other research methods,through multiple perspectives on the current situation of higher vocational college basketball teaching investigation and study,find out the problems existing in the basketball teaching,put forward the corresponding reform measures.The results are as follows:(1)The basketball course materials are not unified,and there is no comprehensive teaching objective.There is no uniform basketball curriculum teaching material in higher vocational colleges,and some schools even have no basketball curriculum teaching material.The teaching materials are not the same,the implementation of basketball curriculum standard is lack of uniform standards;The goal of basketball course is not comprehensive,the teaching goal has only completed the basic goal,but has not reached the development goal.(2)There are some problems existing in the curriculum setting of basketball,such as too few class hours,no elective courses,lack of basketball extracurricular activities,etc.,the cultivation of students’ comprehensive quality is limited,the teaching content of difficulty degree is unreasonable,and the courses lacking theory will lead to the lack of students’ understanding of basketball.The lack of physical health knowledge hinders the formation of students’ comprehensive professional quality.The teaching method is single and traditional,and the teaching quality is difficult to improve.(3)The basketball course evaluation system lacks three-dimensional,comprehensiveness and accuracy.The evaluation of basketball courses in higher vocational colleges only pays attention to the final evaluation rather than the process evaluation.The evaluation of teachers is not comprehensive,and some schools just go through the motions,which is not conducive to the improvement of teachers’ professional ability.(4)The organization form of basketball class is general,and the class size is too large.The organizational form of basketball class in higher vocational colleges ignores the individual differences of students of different levels.As the number of students in the class exceeds the limit,the students’ learning of basketball lessons is not good.(5)The overall professional quality of basketball teachers is not high,and there are problems such as insufficient teaching ability,weak professionalism and poor professional dedication.The construction of the teaching staff needs to be further improved.(6)There are problems in the construction and utilization of basketball facilities in higher vocational colleges.On the one hand,due to the expansion of enrollment scale,the limited resources can not meet the needs of students;On the other hand,because the school has less money in the development of basketball,the construction and renewal of court facilities are not timely,so it is necessary to further strengthen the construction of basketball court equipment and facilities.In view of the above problems,the following reform measures are proposed:(1)Reasonable selection of teaching materials,to avoid the vacancy or idle basketball teaching materials;In the realization of the basic teaching objectives,attention should be paid to the realization of development objectives.Improve the curriculum setting of basketball,open elective courses,organize regular basketball extracurricular activities,strengthen the construction of basketball team.(2)Adjust the difficulty of the teaching content,increase the appropriate theoretical class hours,arrange special teaching content of physical education and health knowledge,improve the traditional teaching methods,and use more advanced teaching means to teach;Classroom organization should consider the actual situation of students and improve the quality of teaching in many aspects.(3)Strengthen the construction of basketball course evaluation system,and combine the final evaluation with the process evaluation to evaluate students’ learning situation comprehensively.The evaluation of teachers should also be fully implemented to strengthen the training of basketball teachers’ professional quality.(4)Higher vocational colleges should attach importance to the development of basketball,appropriately increase the investment of funds,coordinate social resources,strengthen the construction of basketball infrastructure,improve the hard conditions of basketball teaching,and meet the needs of students for basketball sports equipment and facilities.
