| Huizhou City is located in the economically active zone of the Greater Bay Area.Table tennis has been widely supported and loved by the government,enterprises and citizens.Table tennis has a good development foundation and soft and hard conditions in Huizhou.However,the Huizhou Sports Bureau,in accordance with the national requirements of “ simplification of administration,delegation of power,decentralization,integration of management,and optimization of services ”,formulated and implemented the “abolition of the sports school table tennis project,and shifted the teaching task of table tennis in an educational environment to those in a non-educational environment.The Huizhou Table Tennis Association is responsible for the new initiative,which puts forward new propositions for the teaching reform of the Huizhou table tennis project and the development of the table tennis club.The new era of market-oriented operation of table tennis projects taking into account social and economic benefits has arrived.Through the questionnaire survey method,combined with the literature data method,interview method,mathematical statistics method,logical analysis method,SWOT analysis method,and case analysis method,this paper takes the successful operation of the chain operation development of the Huizhou Table Tennis Association Children’s Club as an example,from its overview Analyze the causes,institutional innovation,and operational innovation,and draw conclusions: 1.The chain operation model of the Huizhou Table Tennis Association Children’s Club is in line with national policies and Huizhou’s reality,and is forward-looking,innovative and feasible,and achieves efficient integration of social resources.The social and economic benefits of table tennis sports;2.The chain operation model of Huizhou Table Tennis Association Children’s Club is in line with the “GIE Strategic Model”,that is,“government policy guidance,industry standard management,and enterprise capital operation”,and initially realized the “government,The three-in-one strategic cooperation idea of industry and enterprise;3.The chain operation of Huizhou Table Tennis Association Children’s Club is a situation where three forms of "direct chain","free chain" and "licensed chain" coexist,which can initially realize the standardization of management;4.The successful operation of the chain operation model of the Huizhou Table Tennis Association Children’s Club is the result of system innovation and operation mode innovation.It is currently in a bottleneck period after rapid development.Because the Huizhou Table Tennis Association Children’s Club chain operation management lack of experience to study,there is no empirical case for reference,it is moving forward in groping,and it is affected by the imperfect long-term mechanism,unstable funding sources and other constraints,and lacks differentiated characteristics.Therefore,the article finally puts forward three development strategies of chain brand operation strategy,standardized management strategy,and market operation strategy,in order to improve and perfect the chain operation management model of Huizhou Table Tennis Association Children’s Club. |
