| Research Purposes: This study takes the physical activity level of rural primary school students as the research object, and analyzes the intensity, time and influencing factors of their physical activity. In order to provide theoretical guidance for increasing physical activity and promoting primary school students’ physical health,it provides scientific and reasonable theoretical basis for education and relevant government departments to carry out “sunshine sports” in an all-round way,and to carry out the project of promoting students’ physique and health in Jiangsu province.Research Methods: In this study,Mayo wearable wristband heart rate bracelet monitoring was used as the main method, supplemented by questionnaire. The physical activity data of students in one class of Grade 2,Grade 4 and Grade 6 in Longgu and Yangtun Primary School in Peixian County,Xuzhou City were monitored and collected for 7 days on school day and non-school day. Moreover, the difference of physical activity of primary school students of different genders was analyzed by Independent Sample T-Test,and the difference of physical activity of pupils of different grades was studied by one-way variance analysis.Correlation analysis was used to study the influencing factors of physical activity of primary school students, and finally the corresponding conclusions were drawn.Research Results:1.As to the intensity of physical activity:(1)There are gender and grade differences in the intensity of physical activity of primary school students in the break time.(2)There are gender and grade differences in the intensity of physical activity of primary school students in PE class.(3)Primary school students of different genders show some differences in physical education class, but there is not much difference in the fluctuation of daily heart rate in non-physical education class.(4)There is a significant positive correlation between the intensity of physical activity in break time and whether there is physical activity between large class and whether they like to take physical education.2.As to the time of physical activity:(1)There are gender differences and grade differences in the time of physical activity of primary school students.(2)Of the average physical activity time per day, only the study time on the school day is significantly higher than that on the non-school day.(3)The number of boys engaged in out-of-school sports is higher than that of girls, and with the increase of grade,The proportion of boys and girls who have sports during school or not tends to increase gradually.(4)The correlation between sports time and four external causes and four internal causes was analyzed.External cause-whether the school and parents supported and encouraged the physical exercise activities had the greatest correlation with the physical exercise time of school day(cor=0.249).Internal cause-whether students are interested in extracurricular physical exercise is most correlated with the time of physical exercise outside school day(cor=0.351).Research Conclusions:1.The average heart rate of students in PE can meet the requirements of PE exercise load;2.The average heart rate of students in break time cannot meet the requirements;3.Whether the students have physical activity during the break time and whether the students like to take physical education class are the important factors that affect the average heart rate.4.The average daily sports time of students is significantly less than that of non-school days.5.Students who spend a long time in school day sports also have a long time in non-school day sports;6.The more school and parents support and encourage, the more students like sports, the longer the sports time. |
