| With the advent of the era of big data,"data" as a new type of strategic resources has become a universal consensus around the world.In this social background,data has become an important knowledge wealth,and the ability to collect,process,analyze and manage data is no longer a quality requirement for professional data analysts,but has gradually become one of the indispensable qualities of all walks of life.The penetration of "data" makes the scientific research paradigm change in depth,and then puts forward higher requirements for the literacy of scientific researchers.As a part of China’s scientific research reserve,humanities and social science master students have a strong demand for "data literacy".This study focused on the humanities and social sciences masters,after studying the data quality education theory and practice both at home and abroad on the basis of in-depth analysis,conclusion is obtained the connotation and constituent elements of data quality,then according to the characteristics of the humanities and social sciences discipline analysis concludes the definition of humanities and social sciences master data quality as well as the constituent elements.A data literacy system including three dimensions and eleven elements is constructed,and based on this,a questionnaire of data literacy is compiled for master students of humanities and social sciences.At the same time,we also conducted an interview survey on the three most relevant parties of data literacy education----master students of humanities and social sciences,supervisors of master students of humanities and social sciences and librarians.According to the survey,it is found that the data literacy education of humanities and social science master students has three problems: technology gap and professional knowledge limitation,lack of perfect curriculum system and knowledge content,lack of management system and multi-cooperation mechanism.In the end,according to the conclusion of the survey,it is concluded that to improve the data literacy level of humanities and social science master students,the society,the government and universities should pay full attention to the data literacy education,and the important power of the library should be brought into play to strengthen the exchange and cooperation in the data literacy education.The specific strategies are as follows: First,the concept should be the priority,and the data cognition should be improved by giving play to the guiding role of student tutors and using academic lectures;second,the key breakthrough should be made to cultivate the data skills of humanities and social science master students by building a data literacy education team and a data literacy curriculum system;Third,based on practice,we should strengthen the application of data by carrying out interdisciplinary education on data literacy and building a one-stop service platform. |
