The new curriculum reform is a double-edged sword for primary school teachers and brings opportunities and challenges.Under the new curriculum background,primary school teachers can’t adapt to the needs of social development by virtue of teaching experience alone.Therefore,primary school teachers must re-examine their teaching ideas,teaching practices,strengthen their own professional development,and strive to become reflective teachers.Teaching reflection can improve teachers’ survival and way of thinking,which is the most effective way to promote the professional development of primary school teachers.This paper investigates the teaching reflection of three primary school teachers in Anqing city by questionnaire and interview.The questionnaire is mainly divided into two parts: the investigation of teachers’ basic information and the investigation of primary school teachers’ teaching reflection.The investigation of primary school teachers’ teaching reflection mainly includes teachers’ understanding of teaching reflection,the reasons for teachers’ teaching reflection,the content of teachers’ teaching reflection,the content of teachers’ teaching reflection,the content of teachers’ teaching reflection Through the investigation,the following problems are found: first,teachers lack initiative in teaching reflection;Second,teachers lack enough time for teaching reflection;Third,there are some deficiencies in the ability of teachers’ teaching reflection: 1.The content of teachers’ teaching reflection is not comprehensive enough;2.The depth and breadth of teachers’ teaching reflection should be strengthened;3.Teachers lack correct cognition of teaching reflection;and put forward effective solutions to these problems,so as to make primary school teachers’ teaching reflection more scientific,so as to improve the teaching ability of primary school teachers’ teaching reflection.
