| Yongchun white crane boxing is one of the ancient Chinese boxing.It is a main boxing in the development of southern Chinese Wushu.It plays an irreplaceable role in the field of Chinese martial arts,which contains the important cultural characteristics of Chinese traditional martial arts,and has great fitness effect,high attack and defense value,simple and rich connotation.Growth mode of thinking is a theory put forward by Carol dewick,a psychology professor at Stanford University.It is one of the most influential psychological researches in recent decades.Students with growth thinking will actively deal with difficulties even if they are depressed,while students with rigid thinking may think they are incompetent and fail when they encounter setbacks.In this study,through the methods of questionnaire,investigation and interview,and teaching experiment,the effect of Yongchun white crane boxing on the cultivation of growth mode of thinking of young people was studied.Based on the investigation and interview of teachers and students in Quanzhou and the statistics and analysis of experimental data,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)At present,the primary school students in Quanzhou area understand that the path of Yongchun white crane boxing is relatively single,the cognition is not comprehensive enough,it is limited to the fitness and self-defense functions and ignores the spiritual quality.But most primary school students have great enthusiasm and motivation for Yongchun white crane boxing.(2)At present,the cultivation of growth thinking mode of primary school students in Quanzhou is not optimistic,in which the self recognition and confidence are slightly better,and the psychological endurance is slightly worse.It is necessary for schools to strengthen the research on the cultivation of students’ growth thinking.(3)According to the analysis of teaching experiment results,Yongchun white crane boxing has a good effect in shaping students’ sense of self-efficacy,enhancing students’ self-awareness,strengthening students’ psychological quality,improving students’ willpower and patience,acquiring learning motivation and sense of achievement,etc.,which can promote the formation of growth thinking mode of primary school students.(4)In the teaching experiment,we found that we still need to overcome the problems of teaching,evaluation and facilities,so as to further improve the effect of Yongchun white crane boxing on the cultivation of primary school students’ growth mode of thinking.In order to improve the effect of Yongchun white crane boxing on the training of primary school students’ growth mode of thinking,this study puts forward the following suggestions for the teaching process of Yongchun white crane boxing: Based on the growth mode of thinking theory,constantly enrich the teaching materials of Yongchun white crane boxing,improve the teaching process,transfer cultural connotation,improve the level of Yongchun white crane boxing teachers,improve the teaching environment of Yongchun white crane boxing,and set up the stage The guiding way of evaluation,and pay attention to the cultivation of students’ tenacity and achievement motivation. |
