Kindergarten teachers are the main responsible person for the development of preschool education.The protection of the legitimate rights and interests of kindergarten teachers affects the quality of preschool education teachers and the stability of teachers.The quality of kindergarten teachers and the stability of teachers are fundamental,which determines the healthy development of preschool education.In this paper,Fuzhou City as a starting point,comprehensive use of literature,questionnaire and interview methods to study the protection of kindergarten teachers’ rights and interests in Fuzhou City.The research shows that: the professional rights of kindergarten teachers can be better guaranteed,but the status of treatment enjoyment is not good.There are significant differences in the protection of professional rights among citizens.The treatment enjoyment not only has significant differences between citizens,but also between urban and rural areas.Based on the interview data,the author finds that there are some problems in the current situation of the protection of kindergarten teachers’ rights and interests in Fuzhou.First,the exercise of professional rights is not sufficient: professional autonomy is subject to various restrictions;academic research stays in the conventional teaching and research,academic authenticity is lost;democratic management is only in the form,teachers have no actual right of speech;further training is unreasonable;second,the treatment is not enough: salary bias Low,the paid leave is not fully enjoyed;the social security is not optimistic;the "three-phase" treatment of female teachers is not complete;less proportion of the staff,the evaluation and employment of professional titles is difficult;third,the awareness of the rights protection of teachers is weak: the awareness of the rights and interests of teachers is not comprehensive;the relief path is not smooth.The author believes that the problems are mainly due to the absence of the "Preschool Education Law",the non-legal documents are not easy to operate,the government ’s financial investment is insufficient,the kindergarten management is weak and the kindergarten teachers ’awareness of rights protection is weak.These four factors hinder the kindergarten teachers’ legality The protection of rights and interests also leads to the instability of the teaching staff,the quality of teachers is not high,and there are difficulties in the healthy and sustainable development of pre-school education.Combining the status,existing problems and main constraints of the protection of kindergarten teachers’ rights and interests,this study suggests that from the perspective of the government,society,kindergarten and teachers themselves,put forward targeted recommendations to protect the rights and interests of kindergarten teachers in Fuzhou.
