| Once the theoretical system of "Core competencies and values for Chinese student development" was released,it attracted the attention of teachers and education scholars.The system takes people as the core and points out the essential character and key ability that students should have to adapt to lifelong development and social development.Fairy tales,as a genre of children’s literature,have their unique language,thinking,aesthetics,and childishness.This article aims to find the meeting point of core literacy and fairy tale teaching,and from this perspective,explore how to cultivate students’ core literacy in primary school Chinese fairy tale teaching.This research first comprehensively combs the existing research results of core literacy and fairy tale teaching,and initially defines the concepts of fairy tales,fairy tale teaching,and core literacy,and determines the theoretical basis for fit.Secondly,by using the method of student questionnaire and teacher interview,this paper investigates the current situation of the cultivation of the core quality of Chinese fairy tale teaching in primary schools.Through the investigation,it is found that there are some problems in the teaching of fairy tale,such as the insufficient cultivation of language expression,the neglect of the development of creative thinking,the lack of aesthetic awareness,the lack of childlike interest,and the ability and quality of students have not been greatly improved in the fairy tale class.The reason for this is mainly due to the lack of teachers’ understanding of core literacy,the weak sense of fairy tale style,and the lack of exemplary cases of nurturing core literacy.Aiming at the problems and the reasons for analysis,the author mainly proposes corresponding strategies from the four aspects of language literacy,thinking literacy,aesthetic literacy,and childlike literacy based on the core literacy requirements for the development of students,which are specifically expressed in the use of expressions in reading,Development and improvement in imagination,feeling appreciation in context,and return to release in participation.The strategy part combines the excellent cases of fairy tale teaching to analyze and explain.It aims to arouse the teachers and education scholars ’attention to the teaching of fairy tales in primary schools,and further promote the development of fairy tale teaching and the improvement of students’ core literacy. |
