| Wushu,as a traditional sport in our country,shines its unique light in the field of competitive sports.With the continuous development of competitive sports,the competition rules of Wushu are also constantly moving towards the development direction of "high,difficult,new,beautiful and stable".Therefore,the requirements for athletes are higher and higher.Young athletes are the reserve talents in China’s sports power and the new generation strength of Wushu development in the future.How to help them to improve their competitive level,prevent sports injury and prolong their sports life has always been a problem that coaches and athletes are constantly discussing.The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of core stability training on the difficulty of young athletes in the long boxing events.In this paper,20 young athletes in the boxing program of Fuzhou youth sports principal are taken as the research objects;the training theories and methods of core stability training are collected and sorted out by using the method of literature;the experts related to the current traditional training methods and core stability training methods of young martial arts routines and theoretical consultation are consulted;the preliminary selected core is checked by the method of questionnaire survey The training methods of heart stability were investigated by questionnaire,and the training contents of each stage were determined finally.The influence of core stability training on Athletes’ difficult movements was explored through 12 weeks’ experiment tracking.The relevant experimental data before and after the experiment were statistically analyzed,and the statistical results of the experimental research were as follows:1.Through 12 weeks of core stability training,the core stability of the experimental group was improved,with a significant difference compared with the control group(P <0.05).2.Through 12 weeks of core stability training,the experimental group is better than the control group in the difficulty score.In the combination of core stability training and difficulty action training,compared with the traditional physical quality training and special quality training of Competitive Wushu,the core stability training has more obvious improvement effect(P < 0.05).3.After 12 weeks of core stability training,mathematical statistics showed that the balance ability of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and there was a significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion: in the experimental period of 12 weeks’ core stability training,there are significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the core stability,difficulty score,balance ability of mathematical statistics.The experimental group and the control group are improved in each outcome index after the end of the experiment,but the improvement range of the experimental group is better than that of the control group,which shows that the core stability training for the The athletes of the long boxing events in the youth competitive Wushu routine have a positive role in the improvement of the difficulty action. |
