Research On Effectiveness Investigation And Improvement Countermeasures Of Skill Training For Rural Labor Force In Zhoukou City

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that"employment is the biggest livelihood of the people,and we must adhere to the employment priority strategy and active employment policy to achieve higher quality and full employment".As an important part of the employment work,the employment skills training for rural labor transfers plays an important role in improving the vocational skills of rural laborers,promoting employment through training,and improving the overall quality of rural laborers through training.How does Zhoukou,a populous city and a large agricultural city,turn its abundant labor resources into resource advantages,solve the surplus labor force,promote the transformation of human resources from quantitative to skilled quantitative,and turn Zhoukou from a large human resources city to a strong human resources city.Therefore,it is extremely important to strengthen the skill training of rural labor force.This article takes the rural labor skills training in Zhoukou City,Henan Province as the research object,combing the concepts of labor force,rural labor,rural labor skills training,rural labor skills training effectiveness,and discussing training theory,human capital investment theory,demand hierarchy theory,and training effectiveness.Based on the theory of sexual evaluation,with the help of relevant domestic and foreign research results,using literature review,questionnaire survey and data analysis methods,and based on the skills training of rural labor force in Zhoukou City,the skills of rural labor force in Zhoukou City are investigated and analyzed.There are still various problems in training in terms of the government,the rural labor force itself,the content of training,the form of training,and the strength of teachers.Based on the above research conclusions,in response to the problems found,combined with the advanced experience of domestic and foreign rural labor skills training models,a series of measures to improve the skills training of rural labor in Zhoukou City were proposed to solve the difficulties of rural laborers’ employment and low income,and transform farmers anr the citizens,promote the process of urban-rural integration.The purpose of this article is to conduct theoretical research and practical exploration of skills training for rural labor,to further enrich the theoretical system of skills training for rural labor in my country,and to provide reference for the promotion of skills training for rural labor in my country.
