Research On The Construction Of University Entrepreneurship Ecosystem

Under the background of advocating mass entrepreneurship in China,the number of college students who are involved in entrepreneurial activities is increasing.But in practice,entrepreneurial activities have a high degree of environmental relevance,so it needs to be carried out in a specific environment.The external environment will affect college students’ entrepreneurial choice from positive or negative.In recent years,entrepreneurship education and practice of college students have developed rapidly in China,but on the whole,it has not formed a systematic entrepreneurship ecosystem;The specific links involved in the entrepreneurial activities are scattered and independent of each other,and a collaborative development of entrepreneurial platform operation system and a multi-level entrepreneurial ecological environment have not been built.Therefore,this study will study how to build entrepreneurial ecosystem in Colleges and universities.Firstly,this paper defines the background and significance of the problem.This paper summarizes the research status and development trends of entrepreneurship ecosystem from the perspective of ecological theory at home and abroad,and puts forward the research framework and applied research methods.The second part of the paper mainly defines the related concepts of entrepreneurial ecosystem,and makes clear the meaning of the concept.Then around how to build the entrepreneurial ecosystem,the entrepreneurial ecosystem theory,collaborative theory,modern organization theory as the theoretical basis of this study.In the third part,this study mainly introduces the elements and characteristics of University Entrepreneurship ecosystem,and has a specific understanding of University Entrepreneurship ecosystem.The fourth part,taking Dalian University of technology as the research object,makes a case analysis,expounds the specific contents and achievements of the entrepreneurial ecosystem of Dalian University of technology,and analyzes the characteristics and existing problems of the entrepreneurial ecosystem of Dalian University of technology.The fifth part constructs the University Entrepreneurship ecosystem,through the concrete analysis of the deficiencies of Dalian University of technology entrepreneurship ecosystem,and taking this as a reference,combined with the entrepreneurship ecosystem theory,collaborative theory and modern organization theory,analyzes the objectives and principles of University Entrepreneurship ecosystem construction,and constructs the model and operation mechanism of University Entrepreneurship ecosystem.Finally,this study summarizes the main ways to build the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Colleges and universities,and reflects and prospects for the shortcomings.
