Study Of Industrial Poverty Alleviation In Pastoral Areas Under Rural Revitalization

With the joint efforts of the whole Party and the people of all ethnic groups,at the important moment of the centenary of the founding of the Communist Party of China,China has won a comprehensive victory in the battle against poverty.According to the policy and planning of the Party and the state,the work of China’s rural areas in the next stage will be centered around the rural revitalization strategy.Pastoral areas account for about 20.92% of China’s land area.It is of great significance to study the industrial poverty alleviation path in pastoral areas and explore the development direction under the guidance of the rural revitalization strategy in poor villages in pastoral areas.This article takes a dairy food company from Chifeng City,Inner Mongolia to participate in industrial poverty alleviation practice in animal husbandry village as an example,studied zhao Gacha through "enterprise + industrial base + herdsmen" Problems found in the process of poverty alleviation practice in the primary industrial poverty alleviation model,such as insufficient participation of herdsmen,limited driving ability of enterprises,and unreasonable interest linkage mechanism between herdsmen and enterprises.With the help of the practical orientation of developing social work,this paper thinks about the causes of these problems from the personal,community and insufficient government functions,the urgent industrial upgrading of enterprises,and the unreasonable design of tripartite cooperation mechanism,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
