The words of the interaction between teachers and children throughout the entire teaching activities,is to realize the teaching goal and plays an important role in promoting the comprehensive development of children Good teacher young speech interactive picture books can be ensured the achievement of the teaching goal,and to promote the children’s language expression ability Reading ability,and the development of social and emotional Since 2010,when the action plan for preschool education three years since the full-time kindergarten teachers is growing fast,including a large number of novice teachers The comparative study of novice teachers and master teachers Although the research on teacher-child speech interaction involves five fields,there is a lack of comparative research focusing on the teacher-child speech interaction between novice teachers and experienced teachers in the currently widely carried out picture book teaching.In order to help novice teachers grow into skilled teachers faster,ensure the quality of kindergarten picture book teaching,and better promote the development of children,this study selected two novice teachers and two skilled teachers from B Kindergarten in Lanzhou City,Gansu Province,and collected one of the four teachers’ regular picture book teaching videos as the research object,then,Flanders interactive analysis system is used as the research tool to observe and code the teaching videos of picture books of two kinds of teachers,and the following results are obtained:The common characteristics of teacher-child language interaction between novice teachers and experienced teachers in picture book teaching include: the teacher’s language is the main part,and the children’s language is the secondary part;Teacher and child emotional atmosphere is harmonious;Teachers tend to actively reinforce their teaching;In picture book teaching,the characteristics of teacher-child language interaction between novice teachers and experienced teachers are as follows: in terms of teacher-child language structure,the ineffective speech ratio of novice teachers is higher than that of experienced teachers;In terms of teacher-child emotional atmosphere,the emotional interaction between novice teachers and children is more intense,but the interaction is more stable.In terms of teachers’ teaching tendency,novice teachers tend to control children directly,and experienced teachers tend to control children indirectly.In the teacher-child question-and-answer mode,novice teachers were more likely to engage in open question-and-answer mode than experienced teachers.According to novice teachers in teacher young shortcomings in the course of speech interaction,combined with the observation and interview to analyze the causes of insufficient include: the influence of traditional education concept Novice teachers’ lack of understanding of young speech interactive Novice teachers picture books teaching experience and after training The university curriculum content lack of design and implementation of the practice of the kindergarten teaching activities lack of targeted training to the novice teachers In view of the reason,from three aspects as kindergarten teachers in colleges and universities put forward corresponding proposals,in order to enhance the novice teacher education teaching ability and the fine quality of verbal interaction.
