“Remain true to our original aspiration and keep our mission firmly in mind” was pointed out by General Secretary Xi Jinping in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China on October 18,2017.The original intention of the Communists is to arm their minds with the party’s innovative theories,and to push the whole party to more consciously and unremittingly strive for the realization of the party’s historical mission in the new era.As a student of physical education,it is our original intention to learn the professional skills and theoretical knowledge of this major,and to contribute our own strength to the power of sports.Special theoretical and practical courses in physical education colleges are referred to as special courses.They are courses offered at the beginning of the establishment of physical education in our country.It runs through the whole process of training sports talents in colleges and universities.It accounts for more than half of the four-year college career and is offered every week.The importance of 6-10 class hours is self-evident.Colleges and universities generally set up special programs according to their own venues,teachers and social needs,while students choose one of the sports given by the school as their own special projects.In order to better master the training methods and means of a sport,students often make comprehensive considerations based on personal interests and physical fitness,and choose special projects suitable for their own study.At present,there is a great demand for sports talents in the society,but some students have chosen a professional project that is not suitable for them under the influence of external factors such as insufficient school facilities and lack of teacher resources.at the same time,it also leads to a series of problems,such as students’ lack of sports motivation,less investment in learning,low enthusiasm for attending classes,weak special skills,poor employment competitiveness and so on.This study takes the motivation of the special choice of physical education majors in colleges and universities in Gansu Province as the main line,and makes a multi-level in-depth analysis and research by using the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.The purpose of this paper is to understand the differences of students’ special class motivation under the different intermediaries of gender,grade and special classification.1.Before and after the special selection,the number of hot projects increased,and showed gender differences.The number of people in track and field,gymnastics and martial arts is getting smaller and smaller,the number of football choices is on the rise,more boys choose adversarial events,and more girls choose difficult and beautiful events,showing the gender characteristics of project selection.2.After the special selection,the relative autonomy index increased,and showed gender differences,but the relative autonomy index of popular projects decreased.The relative autonomy index can reflect the degree of autonomy of individual behavior motivation,which is as follows: the degree of autonomy of girls’ motivation is higher than that of boys;the degree of autonomy of students’ motivation after special choice is slightly higher than that before special choice;the degree of autonomy of badminton,martial arts and other students’ motivation is higher,the degree of autonomy of tennis,table tennis and gymnastics is lower,and the remaining items are medium.Through the multiple comparison before and after the special selection,it can be found that the special selection is mainly based on avoidant motivation,external adjustment and internal adjustment,that is,external motivation is mainly,which is easily affected by external factors.After the special selection,the motivation type has been internalized as a whole,compared with the internalization before the special selection,but the special practice driven by intrinsic motivation is still not high,the motivation type changes under the effect of time changes,and the control motivation has internalization.there is a decline in autonomous motivation,but as a whole,compared with before special selection,the degree of autonomy after special selection is improved.3.When choosing special items,girls have a higher degree of autonomy.In the multiple comparison of multi-dimensional scores with gender as variables,there was a significant difference between boys and girls in controlling motivation,and the average score of girls was higher,but there was no significant difference between boys and girls in autonomous motivation.it shows that girls have higher degree of autonomy in motivation,boys choose more special projects by external factors,and sports motivation is insufficient.4.Most of the special choices are controlled motivation,which needs to be internalized.Track and field,football,table tennis,gymnastics,and martial arts are mainly externally adjusted;tennis and other niche sports are mainly internally adjusted;basketball and volleyball are mainly internally adjusted and identification adjustment;aerobics is mainly based on identification adjustment and gradually Intrinsic motivation is transformed;badminton is dominated by intrinsic motivation,but some students lack motivation.
