| As a new form of teacher education curriculum,teacher education MOOC provides a new path for teacher education talent training.At present,domestic research on teacher education MOOC mainly focuses on the expected level of effectiveness of curriculum construction,and few studies have evaluated the overall effectiveness of teacher education MOOC from the perspective of pre-service and post-service integration.In response to this,this research proposes a multi-dimensional overall effectiveness evaluation framework for teacher education MOOC based on the explanatory model thought of curriculum evaluation and the theory of curriculum effectiveness structure,and applies it to a case study of teacher education MOOC—the effectiveness evaluation of the "instruction theory" curriculum.The research content mainly includes three parts: First,the expected effectiveness of teacher education MOOC.Starting from the MOOC curriculum function,analyze the functional positioning of the teacher education MOOC,and analyze the effectiveness expectations of the case-based curriculum in combination with research cases;second,the effectiveness evaluation of the teacher education MOOC.Starting from the theoretical basis of the research,the teacher education curriculum effectiveness evaluation program is proposed,and the evaluation program is used for the effectiveness evaluation of the "pedagogical theory" curriculum of the research case;third,reflection on the effectiveness evaluation of teacher education MOOC.Combining literature reading and case study results to reflect on the effectiveness evaluation of teacher education MOOC,and propose optimization suggestions for future teacher education MOOC effectiveness evaluation and teacher education MOOC curriculum construction.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:In terms of effectiveness expectations,the construction of teacher education MOOCs has three effectiveness expectations—providing high-quality teacher education curriculum resources,integrating pre-service and post-service teacher training,and supporting teachers’ sustainable and autonomous development.In terms of effectiveness evaluation,teacher education MOOC can use the multiple overall effectiveness evaluation framework of teacher education MOOC composed of four dimensions:student-curriculum interaction,teacher-curriculum interaction,curriculum interaction,and curriculum teaching results.:(1)The effectiveness of the "pedagogical theory" curriculum is generated by the interaction between the various factors of the teaching system and the curriculum in the context of curriculum interaction.(2)The effectiveness of the course is dynamically generated during the course of its operation,and it has a "procedural nature".(3)Classic teacher education courses represented by "pedagogical theory" may still face many problems such as the effectiveness of course interaction,single problems in course assessment,etc.,and there are still great improvements and optimizations in the process of implementing the MOOC construction of the course.space.In terms of reflection on effectiveness evaluation,the analysis of teacher education MOOC curriculum effectiveness should be based on the overall outline of the actual course operation;the purpose of evaluation is to achieve the improvement and optimization of teacher education MOOC,so curriculum improvement suggestions are proposed from the following four aspects:(1)Curriculum design level-create effective situations that support the development of group interaction,design collaborative learning tasks,introduce Socratic seminars and assessments,and use other communication tools to strengthen curriculum exchanges.(2)Curriculum implementation level-optimize the course study time,stimulate course study motivation,improve course study efficacy,and cultivate online self-regulated learning ability.(3)Curriculum evaluation level-to establish a flexible curriculum evaluation mechanism,enrich curriculum evaluation forms,and strengthen learning integrity education.(4)Curriculum management level-rational use of curriculum surveys,setting up special instruction modules,and grasping the characteristics of different learning groups. |
