"The young strong,the country is strong".On March 16,2015,the Chinese Football Association(CFA)issued the Notice on the Overall Plan for the Reform and Development of Chinese Football(hereinafter referred to as the "Plan").File clearly emphasizes that the medium-term goal is to greatly increase the population of youth soccer and promote the large-scale growth of youth soccer talents.Teenage football players are the reserve force of Chinese football talents.Therefore,in the process of Chinese football reform and development,attention should be paid to and investment in youth football to continuously improve the hematopoietic ability of Chinese professional football.By using the method of literature,interview,case analysis and field investigation,the paper that How hard is it to realize the "Football Dream" ? interviews and reports the professional development process of two teenage football players in the form of indepth reports.First of all,the two story lines are presented at the same time,focusing on the difficulty and contradiction of realizing "football dream" and "academic dream",and paving the way for the dilemma of teenagers’ career development prospects through this contradiction.Secondly,through the description of the club environment,coaches,parents and other surrounding characters and environment,to create a poor environment for the development of the whole youth football environment.Through the point to surface,from the shallow way to the deep one to expose the development prospects of Chinese youth football players,and finally,offer the corresponding suggestions from three aspects,including strengthening the "combination of sports and education",improving the ideological and cultural quality,and enriching the youth football players talent training mode.
