Research On The Construction Of Index System Of Volunteer’s Conditions For Domestic Large-scale Comprehensive Sports Games

Research the situation of large-scale comprehensive sports games held in China,analyze the current domestic large-scale comprehensive sports game volunteer department’s demand for game volunteers,understand the comprehensive qualities of the game volunteers,and combine the recruitment of relevant domestic sports game volunteers.Based on the status quo and existing problems of the selection,construct the evaluation index system of the selection conditions of the volunteers of the large-scale comprehensive sports games in China,and provide the information foundation and data reference for the volunteer recruitment and selection departments of other large-scale comprehensive sports games in the future.First,use the literature method to search domestic and foreign bibliographies,documents,websites and related websites,collect relevant literature and materials related to the evaluation and assessment of volunteers for sports games,and focus on sorting out the status quo of recruitment and selection of volunteers for large-scale comprehensive sports games at home and abroad,and visits and investigations The staff of the Volunteer Department of the Wuhan Military Games,the 14 th National Games,and the Second Youth League conducted a comparative analysis of the similarities and differences between volunteer recruitment and selection conditions,and summarized the current situation and existing problems of the selection of volunteers for the sports games of the formation of preliminary indicators.Secondly,relevant experts are invited to use the Delphi method to score the indicators in two rounds to form a relatively complete indicator system.Finally,the analytic hierarchy process is used to assign weights to the indicators,and the judgment matrix of the indicators is constructed to make pairwise comparisons.Finally,the consistency of each level of indicators is checked to form the final evaluation index system.After two rounds of expert surveys,4 first-level indicators,9 second-level indicators,and 35 third-level indicators were obtained.After weighting the indicators,the first-level indicators and their weights are: willingness 0.147,consciousness 0.053,condition 0.51,and ability 0.29.In the consistency test of indicators,CR is less than0.1,which meets the consistency test results.Based on the research purpose,this study uses the Delphi method to screen the indicators,communicates with the experts before conducting the Delphi expert survey to improve the efficiency of expert consultation,and uses the combination of the Delphi method and the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each indicator.Establish an evaluation index system for the selection conditions of volunteers for large-scale comprehensive sports games in China.Since the selected experts are of high professional level and the research methods used are relatively mature,the final results are reliable and can provide reference and guidance for the domestic large-scale comprehensive sports game volunteer management department in the selection of game volunteers.reference.
