The scientific,rational interpretation,evaluation and analysis of the special physical fitness of the top four team athletes of women’s sitting volleyball in China can promote the training,competition and evaluation development of women volleyball players.In this paper,china’s women’s sitting volleyball top four athletes special physical fitness as the research object,the use of literature,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and other research methods,from China’s women’s sitting volleyball top four athletes special physical fitness status,physical fitness relevance and special physical fitness evaluation standards of these three angles,China’s women’s sitting volleyball top four team athletes special physical fitness test results analysis,followed by analysis results and put forward scientifically feasible special physical fitness training recommendations.It provides theoretical reference for enriching and improving the special physical fitness training of the athletes of the top four teams of women’s sitting volleyball in China.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)Shanghai team,Jiangsu team and Liaoning team most of the test mean,standard deviation performance is better than the overall average and standard deviation of the top four,Gansu team has a number of test mean,standard deviation score is lower than the overall average and standard deviation of the top four.(2)Shanghai team push-up performance is low,and Gansu team is significantly different.Jiangsu team throw medicine ball refluit and 60 " sit up,before and after 2m mobile performance is poor,and with Shanghai team,Liaoning team significant differences.Liaoning team throws medicine ball on the right side of the throw performance is poor,and Jiangsu team is significantly different.Gansu team only 60" sit-ups,throwing drug balls and push-ups a minute is not significantly different from the other three teams.(3)There is a correlation between some special physical qualities.In the special physical fitness of the top four teams,the core strength affects the speed of the athlete’s swinging arm and the speed of movement,and the abdominal oblique muscle affects the lateral movement speed.The disabled part of the lower limb has a significant effect on the heteroside core.Athletes with strong legs move fast.(4)The effectiveness,scientificity and feasibility of the special physical fitness scoring standard,grade classification and application evaluation of the top four team athletes of women’s sitting volleyball in China have been verified through practical application.Based on the findings of the above study,it is recommended that:(1)According to the shortcomings of each team and the differences between the teams,to carry out special physical fitness training should be clearly targeted,for the Shanghai team needs to improve the strength of the pectoral muscle endurance,for the Jiangsu team needs to further enhance the core strength and movement speed.Liao ning team special physical fitness exercises,should pay attention to explosiveness and movement coordination of the exercise.Gansu team athletes need to strengthen the overall coordination,back muscle,core strength and movement speed of the special physical fitness ability.(2)Sitting volleyball players in the future special physical fitness training,through the relevance of special physical fitness to carry out targeted technical and tactical training.In special physical exercises,the exercise of strengthening the muscle strength of the pectoral and triceps muscles can be used as a way to improve the speed of movement of athletes during competition.In the special physical fitness exercises should be added 60" reclining and other exercises that can exercise core strength to improve the speed of movement of sitting volleyball players.Sitting volleyball players can throw medicine ball left and right as one of the training methods to improve sitting volleyball players’ ability to move left and right in front of the net.For athletes with one leg,they should actively improve the core strength of the same side in special physical fitness exercises,and gradually cultivate the core strength of the same side.The coach takes disability as one of the reference indicators when developing the second-passer.(3)Coaches can use the evaluation scale of the top four teams in women’s sitting volleyball in China to comprehensively determine the level of athlete training,develop personalized training methods for athletes,and carry out targeted exercises according to athletes’ advantages and short-board programs. |
