Research On Performance Evaluation Of Special Education Financial Expenditure In City B

Although the development of special education in my country is steadily increasing,it still has shortcomings compared with other types of education(compulsory education,higher education),and there is still a gap compared with other developed countries in the world.In order to promote social equity,improve national governance capabilities,improve the national governance system,and advance my country’s socialist modernization process,it is necessary to speed up and deepen research on the performance evaluation of relevant special education fiscal expenditures in order to solve the unique problems of fiscal expenditures for the development of special education.To promote the overall level of education internationalization and modernization in our country.This article takes the performance evaluation system of special education financial expenditure in City B as the research object,analyzes its development status,summarizes the problems that still exist in its development,and conducts in-depth analysis.From this,it is necessary to establish a new performance evaluation system.Research and expert questionnaires screen performance indicators,and then use the entropy method to score performance evaluation indicators to obtain the overall use of special education fiscal expenditures from 2016 to 2019 and analyze the reasons for its low scores on the three performance indicators of logistics personnel,full-time teachers,and school construction.Finally,relevant suggestions are given.
