"The country will prosper,the teacher must be worthy of the responsibility." With the country’s emphasis on the development of preschool education,my country’s preschool education has developed tremendously.The number of kindergartens has increased;the gross admission rate of children is increasing year by year.However,the current common problems in rural kindergartens are the large gap of kindergarten teachers,the inability to retain teachers,and the high mobility.This has severely affected the improvement of the quality of rural preschool education and the fairness of education.This article selects rural kindergarten teachers in G County,Yunnan Province as the research object,and uses the method of literature,questionnaire and interview methods to study the development status of rural kindergarten teachers in G County and the reasons affecting teacher mobility through a combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative text analysis.And the solution strategy of teacher mobility.The study found that the characteristics of the flow of teachers in rural kindergartens in G County are: frequent flow of teachers and an imbalanced flow of teachers,mainly based on the inflow of teachers;private kindergarten teachers are highly mobile;the flow direction is urban,including weak The flow from rural kindergartens to township(town)kindergartens,from the township(town)to the county town.However,the scope of teacher flow is relatively narrow,mainly within the county;from private kindergartens to public kindergartens,from kindergartens to primary and secondary schools,the profession of primary and secondary school teachers is the main direction of teacher outflow.as long as teachers have the intention of mobility,they can generally flow.The unreasonable flow of teachers makes the stability of rural kindergarten teachers poor and makes it difficult to improve the quality of rural preschool education.Salary is the main reason for teachers in rural kindergartens;rural environment,leadership and management in kindergartens,interpersonal relationships,and professional development of teachers are all environmental reasons for teacher mobility;teachers“family-oriented” concept,children’s education,spouse’s workplace,and The distance of the kindergarten is the family reason that affects Teacher mobility.When the teachers’ above-mentioned related needs are not met,Teacher’s Mobility Intention will become a real behavior.To this end,the government needs to improve the governance of rural preschool education.Strengthen national financial investment,introduce kindergarten teachers through multiple channels;improve the salary of kindergarten teachers through multiple channels;ensure the rural preschool education supervision system,and standardize the conditions for running kindergartens.The government and kindergartens should pay attention to the construction of kindergarten infrastructure and build a good organizational environment.Attach importance to the training of teachers in rural kindergartens to meet the needs of teachers’ professional development.Improve the social status of kindergarten teachers and cultivate their professional identity.
