Montessori teaching aids are popular at home and abroad in recent years,and are used by many teachers in early childhood education and abstract knowledge teaching activities.The combination of intuitive Montessori teaching aids and students’ hands-on ability is conducive to the realization of "student-centered" education purpose.I teach in a special education school,in the teaching process,I observed the special children’s cognitive ability is low,knowledge absorption ability is poor,classroom attention is difficult to concentrate and other phenomena,caused me to use Montessori teaching aids in mathematics classroom thinking: Montessori teaching aids used in mathematics teaching activities can improve the mathematics academic ability of students with mental retardation and help Teachers better implement national curriculum standards? What are the effective strategies and paths of applying Montessori teaching aids in mathematics classroom teaching?Aiming at the characteristics of complex types of obstacles,serious obstacles,and large individual differences among students in the Special education schools,individualized education can be implemented to achieve fair and quality special education.Classroom is the main front for the implementation of individualized education.How to apply Montessori teaching aids to the wisdom training classroom under the concept of individualized education is particularly important.Through theoretical research,it is found that the use of Montessori teaching strategies in the classroom teaching of mathematics can improve the enthusiasm of some students,enhance the students’ academic ability in mathematics,and then enhance the practical learning effect of the school’s classroom practice and help teachers Implement national curriculum standards,promote the sustainable development of students,and achieve the purpose of school-based education of curriculum standards.The experimental results show that the application of Montessori teaching aids in mathematics classroom teaching strategy can improve the mathematics academic ability of mentally retarded students,promote the realization of school-based education goal of curriculum standards and promote the implementation of individualized education teaching;the application of Montessori teaching method in teaching can help to improve students’ mathematics academic ability to a certain extent.In the mathematics classroom,through the practice of Montessori teaching aids,to a certain extent,it improves the learning enthusiasm of some students,improves the classroom learning effect of schools for the mentally retarded,and promotes the sustainable development of students.In the face of the characteristics of complex types,serious degree of obstacles and great individual differences of students in schools for the mentally retarded,the implementation of individualized education has become a consensus in the special education industry,which is an important guarantee for the realization of fair and quality special education.As the main position of implementing individualized education,how to carry out the reform of classroom teaching for mental retardation under the concept of individualized education is particularly important.According to the theoretical research and practical research,this paper draws the following conclusions: first,in the teaching process,through the screening of Montessori teaching aids to carry out operational activities into the mathematics classroom,has a certain reference;second,Montessori teaching aids into teaching to improve the cognitive level of some students,mathematics learning interest has a certain role,but may be affected by Montessori teaching aids Third,the use of Montessori teaching aids in teaching should be based on teaching materials and students’ existing ability level,combined with related Montessori teaching aids,multi angle integration,so that Montessori teaching aids and all aspects of teaching can achieve deep integration;fourth,teachers should fully learn the operation process and norms of Montessori teaching aids,so as to integrate Montessori teaching aids in the process of classroom teaching To maximize the effect of the function.Based on my years of teaching experience in special education schools,I hope that through this study,I will standardize and model my years of teaching experience and successful experience in using and operating Montessori teaching aids,and form a set of unique and operational mathematics education methods for mentally retarded students.This paper advocates that in the teaching process,students are the center,supplemented by Montessori teaching aids,according to the characteristics of each student,create a targeted teaching situation,improve students’ participation,exercise their thinking ability,so as to improve the teaching efficiency.Due to the limitations of the author’s understanding and various objective aspects,the research results of this paper inevitably have some limitations.
