education precision poverty alleviation policy in ethnic areas based on the theoretical and practical levels.Through research,it can be concluded that in the process of realizing the value of the education precision poverty alleviation policy in ethnic areas,the content of the policy itself,policy implementation deviations,and policy systems are all key factors affecting the realization of the value of the education precision poverty alleviation policy.The policy text,the specific implementation process and the evaluation of the effect can conclude that although the value of the education precision poverty alleviation policy has achieved certain results,there are still some shortcomings in the realization of the education precision poverty alleviation policy value.In this regard,based on the analysis of influencing factors,this article proposes strategies to improve the realization of the value of the education precision poverty alleviation policy: first,to make the education
