Chinese excellent traditional culture is not only the cultural support for cultivating young people to develop and become talents,but also the internal spiritual pillar of a country,which affects the ideological,value and spiritual pursuit of a nation.Ideological and political education is related to the future of the country and the fate of the nation.It is always an important content of Ideological and political education to inherit and promote the excellent traditional culture of China.It is the necessary requirement of the times and society to give full play to the main position role of secondary vocational schools in Ideological and political education and integrate excellent traditional culture into Ideological and political education.It is also the lofty mission of secondary vocational schools under the background of new era.To realize this vision and expectation is not only the basic requirement of moral education,but also the hot spot of academic researchers.This study originated from the objective reality of the development of the society,focused on the focus of the research hotspot of the new era academia,generated in the field of their own interests,supplemented the cultural perspective to the research of the ideological and political education in secondary vocational schools,and studied the relationship between Ideological and Political Education and excellent traditional culture.The ideological and Political Education Law of vocational schools has a profound cultural background The integration of paths can provide some reference for the related scientific research.This study uses literature research,investigation and interview to carry out the research with a coherent logical chain.First,the author analyzes the integration of Chinese excellent traditional culture into the ideological and political education of secondary vocational school.China’s excellent traditional culture is the essence of China’s traditional culture which can adapt to the pace of historical development,meet the growing spiritual needs of people,and play a positive role in promoting the development of society and human beings.The connotation of Ideological and political education in vocational schools can be interpreted comprehensively as the dimension of times,China,vocational and cultural.The theory of instilling ideological and political education and the theory of Marxist social consciousness provide an important theoretical basis for the study of Chinese excellent traditional culture integrating into the ideological and political education in secondary vocational school.The Chinese excellent traditional culture and ideological and political education require symbiosis,value coupling and content blending.Chinese excellent traditional culture has important application value in the ideological and political education of secondary vocational school.It is a "telescope" to recognize the basic national conditions and to look at the broad world,to firmly strengthen the ideological and moral and core value of the "tamping machine",to build campus culture and to admire spiritual civilization Push the device,promote cultural confidence and solidify the "culture dish" of a cultural power.Secondly,using empirical research,this paper analyzes the actual situation of the integration of Chinese excellent traditional culture into the ideological and political education of Liuzhou secondary vocational schools,selects 1294 students from six secondary vocational schools in Liuzhou City as the survey objects,and carries out a thorough survey scheme design,and analyzes the students’ basic cognition and acceptance intention,teachers’ personal ability and teaching performance of the integration of Chinese excellent traditional culture into the ideological and political education At the same time,12 teachers from six secondary vocational schools in Liuzhou were interviewed.Combined with the analysis results of the survey data and information,this paper summarizes the reality of the integration of Chinese excellent traditional culture into the ideological and political education in secondary vocational schools,and then analyzes the existing problems in four aspects.First,the lack of top-level design of school management and the lack of system guarantee for integration;Second,the construction of campus cultural environment is insufficient and the integration channel is single;Third,the ideological and political classroom lacks vitality and the degree of integration is shallow;Fourth,students’ identification ability is weak and their learning initiative is not strong.The deep reasons behind these problems can be found that secondary vocational schools are deeply disturbed by the social transformation and pay less attention to ideological and political education;Schools and teachers did not accurately explore the entry point and channel for the integration of Chinese excellent traditional culture;Teachers’ teaching ideas and methods are relatively old and single,and the resultant force of collaborative education has not been formed;With the development of network and the characteristics of secondary vocational students,ideological and political education in secondary vocational schools needs new methods.Then,from the perspective of problem-solving and the results of comprehensive investigation,this paper discusses the strategies of realizing good integration of Chinese excellent traditional culture education in the ideological and political education of secondary vocational schools,tries to build a wide-ranging integrated practice system,and analyzes some typical practices and cases of secondary vocational schools as support.First,strengthen the organization and leadership of the school,strengthen the top-level design.From the school level,we should establish and improve the leading institutions,clarify the goal of integration,provide material guarantee for integration,and formulate incentive measures to promote integration.Second,find out the entry point of integrating excellent traditional culture into Ideological and political education in secondary vocational schools.The ideal and belief part,cultural cultivation part,craftsman spirit core value part and Chinese spirit part of Chinese excellent traditional culture are selected to integrate into the ideological and political education of secondary vocational schools.Third,optimize the main position of Ideological and political teaching integrated with excellent traditional cultural resources.It includes the construction of Ideological and political teachers with excellent Chinese traditional cultural literacy,the use of information technology to innovate teaching methods,and the establishment of scientific and diversified evaluation mechanism.Fourthly,the excellent traditional culture should be introduced into school-based teaching materials,integrated into the teaching classroom of various subjects,and the curriculum ideological and political education of subject collaborative education should be constructed.Fifth,with classic education as the starting point,traditional festivals as the opportunity,and off campus practice as the platform,we should create a second classroom of participatory learning that students love.Sixth,create an ideological and political education environment to promote the integration of excellent traditional culture,including a warm small environment for campus culture education and a three-dimensional environment for "three complete education" reform.Finally,themain contents and conclusions of this study are further demonstrated,and the future research work is prospected.
