| With the change and development of the social environment,in order to improve the economic income of families and improve the educational environment of children,young parents in many remote towns(mountainous areas)choose to rent and work in cities,rent in marginal urban areas or villages,H communities are concentrated communities of migrant workers.According to the survey data,the number of floating children in H communities is as high as 2153.For the special group of floating children,although the problems of education and medical treatment of floating children have been solved in macro policy,many scholars also pay attention to the group of floating children,but due to the limitation of conditions,floating children always face a series of problems,such as lack of educational resources and poor educational environment.The research objects of this study are mainly aimed at floating children in H community in Kaili City,and the questionnaire method and semi-structural interview method are adopted to analyze the current situation and reading needs of mobile children.The study shows that floating children’s low interest in reading is mainly due to the needs of mobile children in H community for reading places,reading company and reading guidance.Under the guidance of social learning theory,the author tries to cultivate floating children’s interest in reading through group working methods,create a reading atmosphere for floating children through the working group process,and enable the group members to experience the whole stage of observation and learning(attention--keeping--behavior reproduction--motivation).In this process,we will constantly strengthen the behavior of children reading,let mobile children like reading,promote the communication between mobile children in the community,give full play to the subjective initiative of mobile children,and stimulate their potential.At the same time,to meet the needs of floating children for reading guidance,reading companionship and reading places,and to cultivate floating children’s interest in reading on the basis of improving their reading ability.Finally,the author analyzed the effectiveness and deficiencies of the reading interest cultivation,summarized the path suitable for cultivating the reading interest of floating children,and provided reference experience for the group work to intervene in the cultivation of floating children’s reading interest. |
