Wage Implication Of Trade Liberalization In Bolivia

The purpose of this paper is to research about the relationship between wage and trade after the liberalization in the country of Bolivia.There are many theories and economist explain how this trade will influence wage in Latin America.The variables in order to use in this paper will be the trade balance,unemployment rate,the index of education of Bolivia and a variable of the industry the Foreign Direct Invesment.There is a brief introduction about some facts and literature review of that influence of the topic.Additionally,there is a part of theorical research about the effect of trade on wage in the short and long run.Moreover,the need to have stylized facts is essential in order to mix with the theory,that is the reason to mention information about trade and the change of wage in Bolivia.Finally,the use of empirical results is convenient for the purpose of prove the relationship between the variables used.This one is made by the program of Stata and with specific data from official websites.
