Research On Some Problems Of New Football School Under The Background Of Innovation And Development

Football schools are an important part of the training of football reserve talents and the development and progress of football careers.Since the professional reform of football in my country in 1994,football schools have begun to have a blowout development.However,in just more than 20 years,it has been accompanied by the Chinese football environment.Deteriorating,the management system is not perfect,the football school fees are too high,the contradiction between learning and training is serious,the training methods are outdated,the concept is backward,and the students’ employment outlets are single.The development of football schools in our country has declined from the peak to the trough.On the other hand,the current situation of football school development is grim,and it is still facing problems such as backward school concept,failure of organizational structure,and poor operation mechanism.As a result,it is difficult for my country’s football reserve talent training to meet the high-quality development needs of my country’s football industry at this stage.From the national level From a point of view,the high-quality development of football is related to the building of a country’s sports power and plays an important role in improving the country’s soft power and national self-confidence.Therefore,based on the current background of my country’s promotion of innovative development,the author hopes to obtain certain results through the research on several issues of new football schools,and make certain theoretical contributions to the construction of new football schools in my country and the promotion of high-quality and innovative development of football reserve talents.This paper uses questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,field research method,logical reasoning and other methods,and takes domestic and foreign football schools and youth academies as the survey objects to meet the needs of the development of China’s football industry.Researching the operating mechanism,the conclusions are as follows:(1)The concept of running a new football school includes adhering to the positioning of compound talents,integrating sports and education,and people-oriented,and actively promoting the teaching concept of combining school education,family education and social education.(2)The organizational structure of the new football school adheres to school-enterprise cooperation,with a consistent school-running structure based on public colleges and higher vocational colleges.(3)The operating mechanism of the new football school is flexible.Advocate multi-party participation,use the revolving door mechanism,and strive to build a tripartite cooperation pattern between the government,colleges and universities,and realize their own innovative development.(4)A new type of football school is a football school with Chinese characteristics.Its school-running philosophy,organizational structure and operating mechanism are proposed on the basis of fully learning from the advanced development experience of domestic and foreign football under the background of insisting on innovative development.The construction of my country’s football school is of great significance to enrich the connotation of my country’s innovative theory.
