| In this study,20 healthy male college students were selected as the research variables, and the subjects were asked to exercise on cement road, plastic track, artificial grassland and treadmill at a slow speed of(2.23±2 m/s),medium speed(3.34±2 m/s),fast(4.45±2 m/s).Wave track inertial sensor capture system and noraxon surface electromyography equipment were used to synchronously collect the three-dimensional joint angle data of hip, knee and ankle joints and the electromyography signals of the main surface muscles of the lower limbs.Statistical analysis of the collected data, from the perspective of kinematics and surface electromyography,to explore the characteristics and rules of three-dimensional angle of lower limb joint and muscle activity changes when running on different sports surfaces. It is expected to provide scientific theoretical basis and suggestions for runners to choose suitable sports ground, enhance running training effect and reduce the probability of running injury. The results show that:(1)The joint angle and muscle activity of the lower limbs when running on the treadmill are different from those on the ground. The amplitude of joint movement and electromyographic values in the treadmill support phase are smaller than those in the general ground.(2)There was no significant difference between the joint angle data of lower limbs running on concrete surface, plastic track and artificial grass, and the effect of different surfaces on lower limb running posture was not significant.(3)The electromyographic values of the lower limb muscles showed different performance among different sports surfaces, and the lower limb muscles would make a series of self-tuning for different running surfaces to maintain the stability of running gait and avoid sports injury.(4)The inversion angle of the ankle joint at the moment of treadmill landing when fast is significantly higher than that of the concrete surface.(5)In the treadmill and outdoor road running human lower limb muscle coordination performance is different, the treadmill by the speed of the impact of more and need more muscle involved in the tuning to maintain the stability of running posture.(6)The number of muscles involved in the tuning effect of cement road and artificial grass is more than that of plastic runway when the speed is faster. |
