| With the large-scale enrollment expansion of colleges and universities,the number of graduates increased year by year,followed by initial employment quality of college students becomes a very important social problem that cannot be ignored.Although college employment rate rised year by year,but the initial employment quality of college students has not only the problems of number,but also the problem of quality.Only by paying high attention to the quality of the initial employment,exploring its important influencing factors and important processes,and improving the quality of the initial employment of college students,can we truly promote the improvement of the quality of life and life happiness of college students after employment.Therefore,this study aims to study how college students’ human capital affects their job-seeking behavior and the quality of their initial employment,and further analyze the role of job-seeking behavior in human capital and the quality of their initial employment.This study takes college students(junior college diploma or above)as the object of study,and analyzies their basic situation,education situation and job-seeking behavior.After examining and finishing on the basis of related literature,build the model includes relationship of college students’ human capital、job-seeking behavior and quality of initial employment and puts forward the concept of research hypothesis.266 valid data were obtained through the questionnaire survey,and SPSS and Mplus softwares were used to conduct homologous deviation test、reliability test、validity test、correlation analysis、structural equation model verification and other analyses on the data,and then the research hypothesis was verified.The study found that in terms of college students:(1)The learning ability of human capital has a significant positive impact on the treatment level of quality of initial employment.However,the positive influence of learning ability on employment satisfaction has not been verified,and the practical ability in human capital has a significant positive impact on the treatment level and employment satisfaction of initial employment quality.(2)The learning ability and practical ability of human capital have a significant positive impact on career exploration and job-seeking intensity.(3)Career exploration and job-seeking intensity have significant positive effects on treatment level and employment satisfaction of quality of initial employment.(4)Job-seeking behavior plays partial intermediary role between practical ability and two dimensions of quality of initial employment,similarly,job-seeking behavior has a significant partial intermediary effect between learning ability and treatment level.However,the effect of job-seeking behavior on learning ability and employment satisfaction of quality of initial employment is significant completely intermediary.By discussing the influence mechanism of college students’ human capital on the quality of initial employment,this paper has theoretically sorted out the relationship between human capital,job-seeking behavior and the quality of initial employment,which provides a reference for the study of the role of job-seeking behavior in the employment process.At the same time,it also provides some practical counter measures and suggestions for college students in the process of realizing high quality of initial employment. |
