| From December 2019,when pneumonia of unknown origin broke out in Wuhan,to January 23,2020,the whole country closed the city to fight against the COVID-19 epidemic,and tens of thousands of families across the country strictly implemented the national recommendations and requirements on home isolation and epidemic prevention.The spread of the virus among residents has been avoided to the greatest extent,among which college students are a special social group.Under the huge pressure of study and employment,the original family life plan was broken or adjusted due to the epidemic,such as changing the schedule of work and rest,being unable to go out,restricted interpersonal communication,and restricted employment.This article investigates the actual situation of Wuhan college students participating in home fitness during the new crown epidemic,and the impact of home fitness on the mood state of Wuhan college students during the new crown epidemic.From the exercise intensity,exerciseduration,and frequency of home fitness,it explores the relationship between participating in home fitness and mood state Analyze the relationship between the various dimensions of the mood state and the intensity of home fitness exercise,exercise duration and exercise frequency.Provide reference for improving the state of mind of Wuhan university students.This article uses literature data,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,logical analysis,etc.to investigate the mental state of Wuhan college students participating in home fitness.In the questionnaire survey,the POMS scale is used to design the questionnaire and analyze the exercise intensity of Wuhan college students in home fitness Research on the impact of exercise duration and exercise frequency on the seven dimensions of mood state(including tension,anger,fatigue,depression,panic,energy,self-esteem),through online distribution to Hubei University of Economics and Hubei Second Normal University Questionnaires were distributed to 843 college students from the Culture College,Hubei Institute of Business and Commerce and Wuhan Textile University.There were 835 valid questionnaires returned,with an effective rate of 99.05%.Through SPSS,Excel and other software,descriptive statistics of basic data and independent sample T test are performed on the collected data,and analysis of variance and multiple comparisons between multiple sets of data are performed to effectively organize and analyze the data.Mainly draw the following conclusions:1.Wuhan university students have a high degree of understanding of the new crown epidemic and are negatively affected.Most people think it is necessary to exercise at home,and 74.6% of Wuhan university students participate in home fitness.2.Gender does not have a significant influence on the mood of Wuhan college students participating in home fitness,but there are obviously more women than men participating in home fitness.The exercise program is based on comprehensive exercises.The frequency of exercise is 1-4 times per week.Most of the time is within an hour and mainly to maintain a moderate intensity.3.Wuhan university students participating in home fitness are better than those who did not participate in home fitness.The mood of the sophomore is relatively better,but the mood of the senior is relatively poor.4.The exercise intensity,exercise duration and exercise frequency of Wuhan college students participating in home fitness are linearly related to their mood state.5.The exercise intensity of Wuhan college students participating in home fitness is mainly moderate.The greater the intensity,the better the mental state in the dimensions of energy and positive emotions.6.The mental state of Wuhan college students who participate in home fitness should be31-120 minutes.The longer the exercise,the better the overall evaluation dimension of self-esteem and mood state.7.The higher the exercise frequency of Wuhan college students participating in home fitness,the better their mood state,and the better the exercise frequency and the overall evaluation dimensions of tension,anger,fatigue,depression,energy,panic,negative emotions,positive emotions,and state of mind. |
