The "Swing" Of A Chili Farmer:the Research On Foodscape Of Chili In Zunyi

In recent years,Zunyi,Guizhou Province has joined forces to build itself into a "Chili city".In the place covered with chili,this study is to see the chili foodscape under the macro narrative through the micro perspective of "Chili farmers",through participatory observation,this paper explores the influence of foodscape in the formation and development of this place.At the same time,with the continuous expansion of economic crop planting area,chili farmers in the large and small levels of different foodscape "swing",interactive,intertwined dynamic process.And how the local chili farmers deal with the market-oriented and large-scale economic crop cultivation.The foodscape constructed in the process of their identity flow,how does this foodscape quietly change and shape the rhythm of their daily life.Thus,another regular daily work and life style appeared in the process of "swing" of chili farmers.And chili farmers face the big landscape into the choice of coping style.chili farmers build their own small landscape process,chili farmers’ confusion about their identity,chili farmers lost enthusiasm for farming,chili farmers’ anxiety about festivals,this series of performance,the author summarizes it as: the syndrome of the last generation of peasant.
